Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate.
The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California.
The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program.
To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The fact is, despite the tiny print of your pictures, I could still make out some of the complaints and its clear none of these are real grounds for treason, and most of these complaints have been done by past presidents for the history of our country..
Continuing from there, you need two testimonies of the same act of treason to convict someone of treason, or secure a confession, and none of these things will ever happen.

Occidental claims they have never released his transcripts, I assume that means before the election as well. As for the Fullbright scholarship. There was no Fullbright Scholarship at the time for overseas undergraduate students, only graduate students Thus he couldn't have received a Fullbright scholarship at Occidental. You claim that the facts were verified can you produce this verification?

No I didn't vote for President Obama, nor will I be voting for him in 2012 but I do know many very devout Christians that will be.

I simply am interested in truth and this story is not true. It's been debunked. Not only has Occidental claimed they have never released his transcripts. There was not a Fullbright Scholarship for undergraduate foreign students at the time.

I assure you that I am a Christian. In fact I am Orthodox Clergy. Most political tests I take place me almost exactly in the center that is why I use the "Moderate" tag. And again I am not a fan of President Obama.

I do feel that the Democratic party is a danger to any faith except for Islam. I am not a Democrat, nor have I ever been a Democrat. However my friend pointing out that a story has been debunked is not analogous to supporting the Democratic party. I admit that many consider me more left than right although I consistently test centrist. But I don't like dishonesty from either side of the aisle. If we are going to be reasonable people then we need to be reasonable with those things we agree with and those things we don't agree with.

in 2008 there was a individual who posted a funding scholarship records for obama, actually under barry (soetoro) under the premise of him being a foreign born national ...this was under a grant , which I was presuming was a publically available info ...

thus any one applying for & recieving funding from the govt ,these records were public ..as are any funding for anyone accepting grants for any reason they are public record ..

and he applied for & accepted a grant under premise of being a foreign born visa status...

But if they were made public at the time then those copies must still be available. If you can't produce them, there really is no reason to believe they exist. I tend to believe Occidental College and the Fullbright Foundation. I'm not sure why reasonable people wouldn't.
