    300 lbs? I'm sorry, that's fat beyond excuse-ability...but not so fat you can't move.

    Both girls I live with are over the 5'8" mark, and both are well overweight...one is about 250 the other about 280. They move and drive just fine and one in the past has had no problem pushing me around the house. I don't see where an extra 20 lbs on a frame like that is going to suddenly cause immobility. The people on The Biggest Loser often weigh more to begin with and are able to move their asses!! Shay this season weighed in at 476 lbs and I saw her jogging!

    It's either the attorney is REALLY stupid to think the judge just may believe that, OR the judge himself is naive so the attorney thought he can convince him in a made up defense unfortunately the attorney wasn't that creative!

    but seriously this is just silly a four years old wouldn't buy it!

    Too fat to murder? What a load a crap! This is demeaning to overweight people. Obese people can murder, they can assault, they can fight, they can shoot a gun.



    Its not as if the man weighed 800 pounds..he only weighed 299 pounds. People at that size can do many



    things!



    If I were morbidly obese, I would be insulted by this defense! What a crappy lawyer.


    Oh..and this reminds me of the "Twinky Defense" which was a load of bollocks too.
