It's really impossible to chose considering all the crimes he's committed and once you ignore the constitution once, what difference does it make which crime he's held for, but perhaps this one stinks a bit more because it's very similar to what got Nixon impeached by the communist liberal media that's doing nothing to impeach odumbo!!

I think his most grievous violation is missing from the list provided. He should have been put behind bars for fraudulently running for president, back in 2008, as he is not constitutionally eligible to hold the position. Everything else is just a bonus.

What I can't understand is why he has been allowed to do this with apparent impunity. In Britain, we have a political phenomenon known as the "visit from the men in grey suits". In very different circumstances, I grant you, amid mounting criticism of his handling of the parliamentary expenses scandal that did grave damage to the reputation and legitimacy of parliament, and accusations of profligacy himself, the Speaker of the Commons, Michael Martin, is reported to have received such a visit. We don't know exactly who they were and what shade of grey their suits, but on May 19, 2009, he called the House to order and stated:

"Since I came to this House 30 years ago, I have always felt that the House is at its best when it is united. In order that unity can be maintained, I have decided that I will relinquish the office of Speaker on Sunday 21 June. This will allow the House to proceed to elect a new Speaker on Monday 22 June. That is all I have to say on this matter."

    No one shed a tear.

He was the first Speaker to be forced from office since Sir John Trevor in 1695. It might not be constitutional, but, boy, it works.
