OBAMAS LAWYER ADMITS FORGED DOCUMENT
It appears the web is a buzz with information concerning the New Jersey court contest in regards to Barack Obama’s eligibility to be on the state’s ballot. At the center of the controversy now is the fact that Barack Obama’s own lawyer has apparently conceded the fact that the document is a forgery.
According to TeaPartyTribune.com, attorney Alexandra Hill, of the Newark-based law firm Genova, Burn and Giantomasi, admitted that the image of Obama’s birth certificate was a forgery and made the absurd claim that, therefore, it cannot be used as evidence to confirm his lack of natural born citizenship status. She concluded her analysis of the online birth certificate arguing that it is “irrelevant to his placement on the ballot”.
She then went on to try and establish his eligibility by speaking of his political popularity, not legal qualification, in order to be a candidate!
"Civil birth certificate, or certified copy, from one of the 50 states, District of Columbia or a US territory. Photocopies or certificates from hospitals or religious entities are not accepted. Get information for Jersey City/Hudson County birth certificate requirements"

Of course you don't even need a birth certificate, or copy, the link shows all the other (9) forms of ID which are acceptable

Either post a link with transcripts, or video, showing that Alexandra Hill said Obama's BC is a "forged document", or don't.
Oh, I noticed you skipped right over the fact that I provided you irrefutable evidence that a certified BC copy is fine for getting a license in NJ. I will accept your apology.

Please post evidence of Alexandra Hill's alleged statement and not some blog making claims with no links of their own.
Democrat control has run its course
I'd really like to believe that his citizenship is on the up and up, if only to be done with this issue. I'm tired of it. But, now, I've got to wonder why he put up a forgery. And, why his attorney had nothing of substance to offer. Doesn't sound like everything is on the up and up.
When a child inherits the citizenship of their father, they become a natural-born citizen of the nation their father belongs regardless of where they might be born. It should be pointed out that citizenship through descent of the father was recognized by U.S. Naturalization law whereby children became citizens themselves as soon as their father had become a naturalized citizen, or were born in another country to a citizen father.
