OBAMAS LAWYER ADMITS FORGED DOCUMENT
It appears the web is a buzz with information concerning the New Jersey court contest in regards to Barack Obama’s eligibility to be on the state’s ballot. At the center of the controversy now is the fact that Barack Obama’s own lawyer has apparently conceded the fact that the document is a forgery.
According to TeaPartyTribune.com, attorney Alexandra Hill, of the Newark-based law firm Genova, Burn and Giantomasi, admitted that the image of Obama’s birth certificate was a forgery and made the absurd claim that, therefore, it cannot be used as evidence to confirm his lack of natural born citizenship status. She concluded her analysis of the online birth certificate arguing that it is “irrelevant to his placement on the ballot”.
She then went on to try and establish his eligibility by speaking of his political popularity, not legal qualification, in order to be a candidate!

Wasn't Alexandra Hill removed from the case by Genova, Burn and Giantomasi?
With all apologies, my attention is focused on getting rid of President Obama via the election in November. As interesting as I find the questionable documentation, and I do, I want this guy and his Merry Band of Marxists gone come January 2013 by way of an election (not any other way). Perhaps after they are out of power some answers to the many questionable documents can be gained, but I really do not think it is gonna happen with Obama occupying the office.

At no point did Alexandra Hill suggest anything was fraudulent. Period. Suggesting otherwise is either a bold faced lie, or sheer ignorance.
The court simply, and correctly, stated that there is no need to present a birth certificate to be on the ballot according to their current laws. Alexandra never presented any evidence, because none was needed.
Meanwhile, over in crazy land, the Tea Party lawyer ran with this and suggested it meant everyone was admitting it was a fraud. He fails to realize the PDFs put up on the internet were not meant to be any sort of legal proof of anything, something no sane person denies. They were put on the internet for crazy people. NO other reason.
LOL...

As a resident of New Jersey I'd like to know what was Obama doing when he lived in Jackson Township (according to one of his SS#'s) horse country? Was he shoveling manure out of the stables? He's still shoveling it......

1. Snopes in the past has shown left-leaning bias and is regarded by many to lack credibility (I prefer truthorfiction.com)
2. The attorney dodged the issue by saying two things: (a) The state doesn't require proof of natural born status and (b) The Administration never tried to use the document shown on April 2011 as proof of eligibility to the State of New Jersey.
3. The attorney has no intention of ever showing the long form birth certificate.
To the average person, it would be very easy to connect the dots to say the long form certificate Obama presented on national TV last year is a fake. One thing about b___s___ is it really doesn't take a lot of evidence to expose it for what it is. If a $10 long form birth certificate certified copy would put all this to rest, then why would any thinking person hire an expensive lawyer to fight in court instead? The answer is no one would unless they were a fraud and/or criminal. The only BS I see is coming from the White House and those that support the deception on the American people.
Edit: Spelling
The link provided clearly states the problem with this BS claim made by the Tea Party lawyer. Irony sets in when you are taking, and running with, the words from a Tea Party lawyer, over the clear and concise explanation of what actually occurred in the court room, found all over the internet (if the name snopes scares you, or if you are unable to argue their points, fine, Google is your friend).
2. There was no issue to dodge because (a) and (b) are absolutely correct!
3. Also correct, because she doesn't have to!
To the average person, is sounds like a Tea Party lawyer is talking out of his butt, and not much more.
Also I'd like to know why they didn't question his Jackson Township NJ address according to one of his SS#'s?

Obama’s eligibility is a separate matter than the charges of forgery and fraud. Of course, we have evidence that he is not eligible. But, evidence of forgery by as yet unidentified counterfeiters working on behalf of Obama is not what legally excludes Obama from appearing on a ballot, by itself, until some authority is willing to consider this as evidence of forgery on its merit as an indication of actual ineligibility in a court of legal authority. Until some court of competent jurisdiction is willing to hear evidence of forgery and fraud, you can’t legally punish a political candidate for that crime which has not been proven that they committed. However, since Obama is not eligible because of a lack of authenticated evidence to the contrary, he could be held off the ballot for that reason.”
