It’s hard to think of a president that has been more of an Epic Failure than President Obama. Even Carter is glad this guy came along, so at least he knows he is no longer the worst president ever. Here is just a short list of Obama’s Failures:
- Hawaii is in Asia
- Passing on the keystone pipeline.
- Touts a Green Energy Company as exemplary that fails a year later.
- Using the Gulf Oil Spill to promote Green Energy – instead of cleaning it up.
- Thinking the Tea Party is a passing fad – or that they are racists.
- Pulling out of Iraq with no clear victory over insurgent forces.
- Trying to re-write history through speeches – with inaccurate information (i.e. Statue of Liberty)
- Getting a Nobel Prize for being the most ineffective President in the history of the United States, though some say it was for his pigment.
- Putting all legislation on the Internet for five days before it comes to a vote.
- Returning the bust of Churchill to the Brits.
- Giving a collection of DVDs to the British PM.
- Denying the notion of American Exceptionalism.
- Promising to close Gitmo — failing to do so.
- Securing the Olympics for Chicago in 2016.
- Naming numerous Communists/Socialists/Progressives to his various Czar positions and then watching them scurry for cover when Beck begins to call them out, forcing them to resign.
- Government races for NJ, VA and the Senate Seat in Mass.
- The midterm elections, which Obama himself called a shellacking.
- Prediction that stimulus would ensure that unemployment doesn’t exceed 8%.
- Bowing to just about everybody.
- Proposing amnesty for illegal aliens to increase the population of voters for Democrat elections.
- He said, I have visited 57 states. Now there is just 1 left to visit.
- Obama to Medvedev…give me space I will have more flexibility after my election.
I know I've missed quite a few so please feel free to add to the list.

SH's servers may not have enough memory to handle the large data transfers from users in real-time.
Everyone please try to condense your lists of Obama's failures to a minimum as to not crash our servers.
Thanks

Yes the Republicans have attempted to block every improvement and succeeded to often. Yes the Republicans particularly Governors like the 2 Scotts have done all they could to harm the average worker. But Obama has fought the good fight and kept things improving against heavy odds.
As to Geithner "dreaming up" another Great Depression. You might remember Paulson and GW Bush going on TV and saying we have to have a trillion to fix the economy or it is going to crash. That was in September of 2008. Better read you old newspapers you have forgotten your recent history.
We have a record number of oil wells being drilled. The Keystone pipeline will increase oil prices in the midwest, because oil that goes there now will be exported to China. That is what it is for. Obama, basically said that he would allow it last December but wanted a route change. He should have just stopped it. It will be a net negative to the US economy.
The price of GM's stock has noi bearing on the fact that Obama gave them over $49 billion of taxpayer monies in a bailout. In exchange for the monies, the taxpayers recieved 500,065,264 shares of GM stock. Obama's bailout averages out to $53/share, regardless of what the bankrupt shares were selling for. Today's price for a share of GM stock is $21.44. Multiply that by 500,065,264 and you will find Egobama has failed jus to the tune of over billion dollars.
Bush was not wrong about the trillion dollars. It ended up at 800 billion. Almost a trillion. The trouble is that Egobama sent all the money to his friends in Brazil, Venezuela, and many of his bundlers who raised large sums of contributions. I don't remeber Bush, or even Geithner, suggesting that part.
The "record number of oil wells" is only a record over the past 8 years. And those are wells are on private property that Obama has no comtrol or regulation authority over so you still need to find some new news sources.
Egobama also said that the US holds 2% of the world's oil reserves but the US Geological Survey came out last week admitting thst there is more oil under the sates of CO, WY, and UT. Over 3 trillion barrels. More oil than all other countries combined.
So you go ahead and keep believing Egobama's lies. Fortunately, I will help to vote him out so you won't have to suffer when you finally grow up.
We still own most of the stock. We have received back money on the loans. What the total return on the US investment in GM will be is not yet known. Currently GM is selling at 6.2 time trailing 12 month earnings of 3.44. The market multiple is easily 10 which looks like a good target of 35. I suspect GM will follow Fords lead and declare a dividend soon. Forward earning look to be in the $4 range. I'd say the government should hold.
Bush spent halve the 800 billion before Obama took office mostly on his wall street friends. Obama spent most of the rest here - some of it on GM.
I can tell, also, you would lose your ass if you were an investor.
As to the Stimulus Act of 2008 it was not for 170B. It was in 2 parts each of 350B one held till after Bush left office.
A second a different program under Bush was the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) which was solely to bailout banks, gm, AND aig
Just a note of interest. TARP was a successful program for the banks that has been repaid WITH INTEREST. Sadly, AIG and GM, the two largest recipients have turned out to be the dead-beats.
You do know they already make all their Buicks in China, don't you?
The only ones profiting from GM are the execs and the unions.
There's a book coming out written by the Navy SEAL leader that says Obama's version is a lie.
We own 500+million shares of GM stock for which the American taxpayer paid $53/share. Today it is worth $23/share leaving the taxpayers a $16 billion dollar loss and GM is now in danger of a second bankruptcy.
Today, 39 more Iraqis were killed in a suicide bombing.
Insurability is guaranteed. And so is a hefty fine and possible imprisonment if you don't adhere to the taxable mandate.
The SCOTUS would be even more conservative if a liberal judge with dementia would just resign, which she refuses to do.
The blocking of the XL pipeline has also blocked 20,000 high paying jobs that would have generated billions in income tax revenue while allowing the US to become independant of foreign oil.
The Institute for Supply Management announced past Tuesday that American manufacturing is now at it's lowest level in 3 years due to reduced orders for machinery, equipment, and other investments.

The Republican controlled congress has passed 106 public laws that Harry Reid has thrown into the trash and refused to bring to a senate vote for fear they would be passed. In the Democratically controlled senate, they have not passed a budget resolution in three years and have yet to vote to extend the payroll tax cut for a full year. According to Joe Biden, this was the administration's No. 1 economic priority. When it looked like the Obama administration finally got busy trying to create jobs with a new jobs bill, Empty Chair demanded Congress "pass this bill now." Senate Republicans pushed for a vote. Instead, Obama ordered Harry Reid to change the voting rules to keep the bill from getting to the Senate floor.
The only governors to run states where taxes have not been raised and where deficits have been lowered, or surpluses created, are Republican governors.
The only states with job growth are states with Republican governors and or Republican controlled legislatures.
Florida is the only state with a governor whose last name is Scott.
Since undocumented aliens aren't supposed to get Federal Benefits anyway, how do you take away what they aren't getting?
Seems to me we don't have many unnecessary federal employees. The only thing I ever notice is that when I have to deal with an agency it is under staffed and not open enough hours.
Well, I suppose we could have stopped giving Pakistan foreign aid and seen how long they let us use their ports to send supplies to the troops. I think we use foreign aid to pay for the other routes as well. Ding Bat we call the quid pro quo to get what we want, because we don't want to call it what it is bribes.
Seems to me he threatened to cut back a lot of things that involve his base voters. Course it was us or leave the military stranded and out of amunition and fuel all over the world.
If Boehner cared about anybody or the US credit rating he wouldn't have put us in that position. Now I hear Boehner is preparing to do it again.
Sorry I follow the news. I know who is in control and I know who is voting against every pro-labor bill and every bill that would help the economy. I know who wrecked our credit rating by refusing to pass a simple bill to assure the world we would pay. I've seen the Ryan budget.
I suggest you change your news sources. You may find out the FRyan budget is a thing of the past.
Nice to think the Ryan budget is dead but the Republican Leadership including Romney seems to be trying to resurrect it one more time.
Good list.
