President Barack Obama's economic recovery policies are being put to vote, in the first electoral test. Whatever the poll outcome is won't make too much of a dent in the balance of power between the Dems and the Repubs- because the majority of the House are still Democrats. However, it's more of a measure to see how the people will speak about Obama's stimulus recovery plans. These polls mark the first verdict from citizen voters on the financial crisis and Obama's recovery plans.
