Through the fog of the debt limit negotiations, President Obama has
attempted to shift the blame for America’s deficit crisis to politicians
at large, claiming
that “neither party is blameless for the decisions that led to this
problem.” Though the culture of overspending is endemic in Washington,
don’t let the President fool you—some are a lot more guilty than others.
The fact is that Obama’s budget would set America on a dangerous
fiscal course that leads to massive deficits well into the
future—hitting $1.2 trillion in 2012 and, after dipping slightly, rising
back to $1.2 trillion again by 2021.
The chart above illustrates what the country’s fiscal future looks
like. As analyzed by the Congressional Budget Office, even after the
massive tax hikes included in Obama’s budget, federal deficits total
$9.5 trillion. In other words, under his budget, the President would
more than double the national debt in just 10 years. Simply put, Obama’s
budget (which didn’t even win the support of his own party in the
United States Senate) would push America over a fiscal cliff.

After that, the HoS starts asking around: "What's to do?" And that's when the heroine of the piece says, "You're through! Give up and get out of the way! Leave men free to exist!"
BTW: Ayn Rand picked the title "Head of State" because she did NOT want to dignify her villain-in-chief with the title of POTUS. She loved America too much for that.

The new budget that President Barack Obama is sending to Congress aims to achieve $4 trillion in deficit reduction over the next decade by restraining government spending and raising taxes on the wealthy..
Obama's spending blueprint for the budget year that begins Oct. 1 projects a deficit for this year of $1.33 trillion. That would mean four straight years of trillion-dollar-plus deficits.
The budget will project a decline in the deficit to $901 billion in 2013 and continued improvements shrinking the deficit to $575 billion in 2018.

Major cuts need to be made in social service programs, the pentagon, foreign aide, from departments that have to much duplicity with unlimited credit cards so to speak. Rich, middle and lower class Americans are going to have to pay more in taxes and for services we can no longer afford a free ride for some and the wealthy be able to skirt the law with income manipulation. Now, if we as a people and our government as adults can not see that we all need to work together for one common purpose then lets all agree to hang it up and just declare bankruptcy Morally and Fiscally and fade into the world of common nations that follow along as others lead.
This is old news...no wonder obamalamadingdong hasn't given a budget in 3 years.
