We won one today! The crook has been held in contempt!
The House of Representatives, in a historic move, has voted Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress for failure to produce subpoenaed documents in the investigation of Operation Fast and Furious.
The vote tallies were 255 yeas, 67 nays, and on present, and 110 Congressmen did not vote. The vote fell largely along party lines, with 17 Democrats voting yea and two Republicans–Scott Rigell (VA-2) and Steven C. LaTourette (OH-14) voting nay. The Congressional Black Caucus, as promised, walked out of the vote.

That being said, Eric Holder needs to be prosecuted and put to death for treason and crimes against the people, along with murder for at least the border agent.
but lets have the head of the justice dept .(ATTORNEY GENERAL ) shown as held in contempt of congress for his ATTITUDE towards laws intended for others to follow ....
and that he & obama are NOT TO BE HELD LIABLE TO FOLLOW THE SAME LAWS !
obama did say by proxy the same thing by using exeuctive privledge !
Look all in all it was a bad day for the Dems, yes?
Even the mandate can backfire on them if we take back the Senate and WH as well as retain the House because a TAX can be REPEALED! :)
It was sold to them and they sold it to us that it was NOT a TAX...prove it! I mean that with all sincerity .......so apologize that you were mislead or prove to us that you are liars....quite easy.
Yes Romney can...why on earth would you say he couldn't? Have you not be listening the the man.....He has said over and over if a STATE was to do it fine but it is TOO LARGE to do on a NATIONAL level. I truly believe that he will sign it as President but we must also do two other things to help him out...1. retain the House and 2. take the Senate back.
I have a question what does the 16th amendment have anything to do with this?
I totally agree with the walking out....keep on moving! ;)
