BIT BY BIT, LITTLE BY LITTLE..........the steady erosion of America as we know it!

This is a new law signed by Obama in early March 2012 which makes it illegal to protest in his presence. Regardless of where you stand politically, this is very scary.

The new law means that wherever Obama is you do not have a right to ask him anything you want to. His secret service can have you arrested, fined, and imprisoned for more than a YEAR if you ask him something he doesn't like or doesn't want to answer. This sounds as if he's becoming more like Hitler than Lincoln . THIS IS HIS LATEST ATTEMPT TO FORMULATE GOVERNMENT TAKE OVER OF AMERICA .

Funny, that info was given to a group that are anti-NATO and want to protest, so at the meeting yesterday (to decide closures out here, they were provided info on closures), welp that anti-NATO group went staight-away to the media and forked over the closures, big news in the early am, huge news, now mitigated and now the SS know nothing nor have confirmed the closures. Okay is that why we had this last week downtown, and mind you, I live in the thick of this craziness.

This was not for a movie, and SS said that it was not part of any exercises, for how could it be whence they didn't know?!! Okay. Sure. That's why I hear 'em all over the freakin' place.

Right to assemble has been lost unless you are a brown noser commie.

This is just one more in the constant drive by both parties politial aims to make the "elections" unimportant, since "few people bother to vote". Each year the numbers of engaged Americans goes down, making the loony 20% more "in charge". Right now Bo Diddly Squat is certainly using it to his fullest dictatorial power, since he does not have the "publice security force equally funded as the military" (which our dubious third world moron doesn't "understand" is now called the US Marshall Service, National Guard, State Police, Sheriff's, and City police forces) or in his speak, "the Jack Booted SEIU Purple shirts". This from a wanna be dictator, Mugabe/Chavez style, whose wife makes him wear "Mommy Jeans".

Frankly, Urkle wasn't that funny when he was younger and not at all now.......

Added, full body of law ..... Republican'ts said it would stop the occutards.....but like Obie ben Commie keeping the hated Bush "security measures"....

Obama has just set the stage for Romney. Obama's shills will now be arrested if they protest anywhere.

Actually, I don't believe this "Bong-Water" drinking law stands a chance in the Supreme Court.

Thank God for the POTUS. First, they will strike down ObamaCare and secondly, they will approve Arizona's Immigration Law.

Obama is that drowning man who will grasp for a straw. Nothing more.

Obama's minions are leaving him in droves. The youth vote is disenchanted and poor economic figures will be his demise.

Doesn't this law extend to ban protests extend to cover a bunch of officials and doesn't it extend the prohibited zone way beyond their presence?

That is very true, Obama is falling in place below Hitler at the bottom of the loathing list.

And people say our freedoms and rights are not being taken away. Illegal to protest means no holding a sign that is against something he is doing. We use to have the right to protest directly in our president's presence. This is one of many more freedom's of speech to be taken away.

I dont want to draw too many comparisons just yet, but yes- this is exactly how Hitler started. He was very charismatic and popular. One by one he got the government of Germany to surrender powers to him and the people largely didnt even know about it. This continued until one day it was too late and the people realized they were enthralled to a dictator. If Obama wins in 2012, we will be on this path soon.

Actually Abraham Lincoln was pretty authoritarian and anti-freedom himself. Don't believe the sugar-coated history about him they teach in government schools. He didn't want to free the slaves -- he only did it long *after* starting the Civil War, as a tactic to help win the war. He wanted to send them back to Africa.

But yeah, the law about being arrested for protesting in the presence of politicians is crazy, fascist stuff. Things are going downhill rapidly. Please vote libertarian before America becomes a police state.

I wasn't thinking of a person who was dragged away who made a protest going to court to fight it. I was thinking of going before the court the way Obamacare has. At the same time, I think the "protester" would be taken under NDAA and cannot go to court because with NDAA you don't have to be charged, given a trial or right to an attorney. They have this law about free speech around the president as well as the NDAA bill and the patriot act to use against you legally. You are toast.
