Obama is as clever as a whip, there's no denying it. When he sees the Constitution standing in his way, he used his administration and government agencies to find a way around that pesky foundation of our country.

Last year, when Obama was asked about his plans for 2012 if re-elected, he said "America can't wait for congress". Last week, Obama called the Supreme Court "Unelected group of people".

Last week, the EPA decided to ban all new coal projects while attempting to undo and end existing ones. When called to question, EPA basically stated "We're not members of congress or the supreme court, so we can do what we want".

I encourage you to check out a few sites who are discussion what's NOT being reported by CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, and NBC:

1) Did he say "All of the above?...Oops.":
For
three years the Environmental Protection Agency has imposed a de facto
ban on new coal-fired power while doing everything it can to harm
existing coal plants.
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052702303404704577311...

2) Regulating
unemployment through EPA/MF Global/Think Progress/George Soros:

The notion that President Obama is trying to fire up his “base,” as
he prepares for a re-election campaign, raises the question of what
constitutes his base. It is becoming increasingly clear that the
“workers” he is supposedly concerned about are going to be dismissed or
ignored so that wealthy environmental groups can be accommodated.
http://www.canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/45800

3) The EPA's gradual claim to unregulated power:
It claimed it was using the authority provided it from the Clean Air Act and the May 2007 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Massachusetts v. EPA
that "greenhouse gases in the atmosphere endanger both the public
health and the environment for current and future generations."

I feel that no one is doing a worse job at destroying America than President Obama. Everyone needs to start searching the internet for all of the executive orders Obama is signing. I think he, at the current pace he is signing the executive orders, he will surpass the record for executive orders, passing every other President in American history. I knew who had the most executive orders, but don't remember at this time. But, that information is on the internet as well....I will find out, but not tonight.

EPA is short for socialism. You are right Obama is clever. He must be stopped or there will be no constitution. Whats even more dangerous is talking to young people ( my grandkids 16-17 year ols) they think this man walks on water. I dont know what there teaching college kids but we are losing our country. <><

The new EPA regulation requiring further drastic reductions in mercury output from coal-fired power plants ignore the fact that natural sources are much, much more of a problem than coal-fired power plants. Check out these two articles on the EPA weak science:

The EPA is just one more instrument for Obama to use in getting around the Constitution. Congress votes down "cap & trade"? That's okay - use the EPA to implement it anyway. Congress votes down the "dream act"? Just "go around" congress and have Homeland Security implement it anyway, with "selective prosecution."

Yes and to counter everything they tamper with there are always "solutions". High gas prices? Solyndra. High food prices? Food Stamps. Housing bubble? Section 8. No Jobs? Welfare. Too many guns? Fast & Furious. Not enough Democrat voters? Voter fraud.

The list goes on and on.
Government solutions almost always fail and only "help" people obtain/maintain poverty or mediocrity at best. It's sad that there are people who refuse to see the unconstitutional grabs for power and control over them.

I heard a joke once: Man goes to doctor. Says he's depressed. Says life is harsh and cruel. Says he feels all alone in a threatening world. Doctor says, "Treatment is simple. The great clown Pagliacci is in town tonight. Go see him. That should pick you up." Man bursts into tears. Says, "But doctor... I am Pagliacci." Good joke. Everybody laugh. Roll on snare drum. Curtains.

Once you realize what a joke everything is, being the Comedian is the only thing that makes sense.

The EPA is harmful to America. Laugh about it, and work on fixing it.

Cute joke, and very clever play on my title. What do you think of the voter fraud contro lately, and do you think it will affect November 2012 (or do you think people are angry enough to vote against Obama as a majority)?

I'm pretty sure Obama has a snow balls chance in hell of winning. Even with the voter fraud dangers. America is tired. 4 years of this....no one can complain about Bush now. They elected in someone much worse, and has proven he's much worse. There's a few sheeple still about but I think they are a relatively small group.

If O'Keefe can vote as Eric Holder, the dead rise and vote democrat, and a random person can vote as Tim Tebow, my faith in Obama losing is a little shaken to be honest with you. If Voter ID laws were implimented immediately, I'd feel far more confident than I do right now.

The EPA is an Unconstitutional, and as someone else mentioned, socialist agency, just like the DOEducation and the DOEnergy. According to our founding documents, all law is supposed to come from the legislative branch of government.

Unfortunately coal is killing our habitable climate - it's the biggest contributor to global warming. Your EPA are doing us all a favour.
