Obamacare upheld by the Supreme Court. Suck on that conservatives!

Today the Supreme Court upheld the Affordable Care Act as Consitutional. The individual mandate is Constitutional under the tax clause, but not under the commerce clause. The Affordable Care Act will go ahead as planned by the Obama administration.

True that! Fox reports about death panels, massive new taxes for familes...just outrageous lies about the Affordable Health Care Act. It really is sad to see people like puppets on a string....

Idiot, who do you think pays for the others? MY TAXES. And the taxes of every other working stiff in the country. Get a clue and then join the debate.

YOUR taxes have been paying for the freeloaders. The yearly increases on my BCBS premiums have been paying for the freeloaders!

Nope, the "tax" will only affect those who can afford to buy insurance but refuse to.

I have BCBS, nothing for us will change, except our kids can stay on our employer provided policy until they are 26. That is awesome! Woo-hoo!

It's obvious that you're one of those who just never bothered to research the bill yourself. Had you done so then the lie you're telling yourself wouldn't even be made....IF YOU HAVE AND ARE SATISFIED ITH YOUR CURRENT INSURANCE IT DOES NOT AFFECT YOU!

In addition, there are no discernible changes to the Flex spending account plans either.

One change: over-the-counter drugs, such as aspirin and antihistamines, can no longer be deducted from a tax-free Flex account.

This does not affect us, as I never charged over-the-counter drugs to my Flex plan anyway. I only use it for prescription drugs.

By 2013, the maximum amount one can shelter in a Flex account will be $2,500 instead of $5,000.

We have NEVER put more than $2,500 into a Flex account, ever.

Like I said, nothing for us will change.

If you have health insurance then you will not have to pay a dime extra in taxes, is that so hard to understand?

This law creates over 14 new taxes that aren't dependent on whether or not you have health insurance, and it still adds to the deficit in unprecedented levels. Why is that so hard for you to understand? It's unsustainable.

You forgot that you have to avoid having any investment accounts since they will also be subject to new taxes, and don't buy any over the counter medications since they will also be subject to new taxes, and don't rely on a flex-spend account since they will no longer be pre-tax dollars to pay for medical expenses.
    It's so simple isn't it?
There is no way that any man, woman, or child in this nation won't be paying more for health care now period.

Another broken promise from Obama. This is from an interview in 2009 with George Stephanopoulos.
STEPHANOPOULOS: I wanted to check for myself. But your critics say it is a tax increase.
OBAMA: My critics say everything is a tax increase. My critics say that I’m taking over every sector of the economy. You know that. Look, we can have a legitimate debate about whether or not we’re going to have an individual mandate or not, but…
STEPHANOPOULOS: But you reject that it’s a tax increase?
OBAMA: I absolutely reject that notion.

Amazing that they use the personal responsibility argument as some kind of subtle insult for those they perceive to be some kind of entitlement baby when it's obvious that they themselves are the people who live of society like a bunch of damn leeches! Sheeeeesh.
