Today the Supreme Court upheld the Affordable Care Act as Consitutional. The individual mandate is Constitutional under the tax clause, but not under the commerce clause. The Affordable Care Act will go ahead as planned by the Obama administration.

I have BCBS, nothing for us will change, except our kids can stay on our employer provided policy until they are 26. That is awesome! Woo-hoo!
One change: over-the-counter drugs, such as aspirin and antihistamines, can no longer be deducted from a tax-free Flex account.
This does not affect us, as I never charged over-the-counter drugs to my Flex plan anyway. I only use it for prescription drugs.
By 2013, the maximum amount one can shelter in a Flex account will be $2,500 instead of $5,000.
We have NEVER put more than $2,500 into a Flex account, ever.
Like I said, nothing for us will change.
This law creates over 14 new taxes that aren't dependent on whether or not you have health insurance, and it still adds to the deficit in unprecedented levels. Why is that so hard for you to understand? It's unsustainable.
It's so simple isn't it?
There is no way that any man, woman, or child in this nation won't be paying more for health care now period.
Over the counter drugs will NOT be subject to new taxes, that is total BS.

I'll (make an effort to) read the entire decision ... until I do, i'm not able to make much of a comment on the decision, BUT i'd just like to take a moment to gloat that all the right-wing doomsayers have been proven wrong - they incorrectly understood how constitutional law and adjudication works and they missed the boat completely ... hardy har har!!!
