I most certainly agree. I still am amazed that the justices deemed this constitutional because of a "tax". That is just wrong. So if you don't buy what they want you to buy then they can give you a tax penalty and that makes it legal for them to force you to buy it? I hope that Obama gets kicked out of office and people wise up when electing these morons into office.

What people don't seem to get is how this "affordable" healthcare, will be funded. Sure it will only cost $95/ mo the FIRST year- but like the housing crisis when the government's numbers don't work out, who will pay for it? Who paid for the housing crisis??? WE ALL HAVE- DEARLY- because these people with "good intentions", live in a fantasy world where they don't have to be accountable. We ask re: the ridiculous pensions agreed to for public workers, " how could have these local representatives promised these things???!!!! " Obama just did the same thing and dems are too clueless to realize it.

    taxes on whom?
those who don't get healthcare but can afford it?
Why do you keep painting this as a tax on everyone?
Get healthcare insurance: don't pay the tax.

Guess you have notread the bill there are much more tax increases then just the mandate there is a major federal costs and expeditures to fund the bill where do you thi.k that money comes from ? The bill made provisions for the largest expansion of the IRS in History not even talking about the inflation the bill will cause. I.flation is a hidden tax. The cost to employers is going to impact avialble capital for wages. Employer health care use to be a perk/bonus to wages/salary now it's going to be a deficit on wages/income. come on I know you are better at seeing the whole picture.

Why get health insurance when you can get it much cheaper by just paying the penalty tax? And with the tax credits for lower income people it will off set that liability.
