BTW: the picture above is of our Surgeon General. Play out the sentence to see the point that Dr. Bellar makes about her: Obese! Maybe not morbidly so. But like TurboTax Tim Geithner, and Smoke-like-a-chimney Obama, she sets a thoroughly bad example.

It goes without saying that our healthcare system is in deep trouble. Taking everything that is wrong with it, and making those parts bigger is not the solution. We need to look at the best system in the world and copy the best parts of that. (hint.... Japan)

Obamacare is going to be hell for seniors, like me, on Medicare. The money to pay for the free insurance for so-called poor people is coming from cuts in medicare and the military Retirees plan tri-care.

Obamacare can and will be the worst financial disaster brought on this nation by our elected leadership. It is not hodgepodge. If was authored and approved under the most shameful circumstances imaginable. It continues evolving and growing like a cancer. Stopping it once it has begun will be almost impossible since almost never have we ever ended a program once it started.

I just read this,The individual mandate was upheld as a tax — they found that the federal government could not force individuals to purchase a product, but a penalty could be imposed if they opted not to purchase the product which is, in this case, private health insurance.

I See what you mean. Obama care is have it or we will punish you if you chose to not have it. That's the size of it. Homeless people would be punished for not being able to afford it.

People keep saying that this administration did not pass a budget, failing to understand that their budget is in his "health care" bill. In it, it has a direct line to everyone's bank account. Who needs a budget when the government can help themselves, under the guise of health care, to everyone's bank account? This woman is right but, unfortunately, Temlakos is even more right. The health care bill is enough to make even the healthiest person sick and there's the excuse to plunder your account.

Good question. I guess you did not read it. In the many pages of the bill it says that the government has to right to have a direct line to your bank account. If you get sick, they can help themselves to the money in your account, no problem. This is only the tip of the iceberg on this monstrosity. It goes along with the laws of attaching wages or
bank accounts now in effect. Only, it will be in the name of paying for your and anyone else's health care if you have any money in an account. Welcome to 0care!

Because they believe the leading man in this story. He reminds me of the abuser who says, come on baby, come back, I won't hit you anymore. The silly people believe him even though they know the truth. No one believed there were death panels in the hc bill either. Yet, there is the 15 or 18 people, appointed by 0, who are not doctors, who will decide if you are worthy of medical procedures. Workers and elites get priority health care. Older people, who have paid into the system will be evaluated for worthiness. Even if you can pay for it yourself, if they decide you aren't worthy, you will not be able to have the procedure done. People do not know what is coming. I was at the dr's today and they are as scared as the rest of us who know what is in that bill.

What all of all ages need is practitioners on upcspine, and upper cervical health centers that are good. U,C,S, only chiropractic is what we need in droves. Atlas Orthogonal, Grostic, NUCCA, Blair, HIO. Light toggle recoil, Duff Method, a way of reassuming. learn all you can. A government that ignores this wants you dead, and or wants to rob you blind like a man who has 80 million dollar gold coin collection with the Government trying every trick in the book to get it. Penicillin is another drug made up by tricksters to sound fancy. Tetanus shot is another in a long list of things you don't need. Fear is the driving force to get people to get a shot. People make fun of people that don't want a shot. A person with Jesus in them will not do that. 15;15 medicine is a begullinly soft word to lull your senses. Medicine is snake oil.

And Romney's plan is virtually identical, the parts of the Obama plan missing from the Massachusetts plan were already present in other Massachusetts legislation. Make no mistake, Obama and Romney are equal evils, there is no "lesser".

She did a great job of hitting on all the salient points about anti-Obamacare and she did it with excellent humor and in a civil fashion. We can only hope that when the laughing ceases that the Obama supporters actually reflect on what she's said. (Good luck to that.)

The Affordable Car Act is moving the debate in the correct direction. The biggest flaw in the Act is it continues to rely on the current, flawed delivery system of health insurance and underwriting... When the health exchanges are finally up and running things may improve, but without a public option (or Medicare for all), costs and service denials will continue to increase dramatically ...

You confuse health insurance with health care. Auto insurance is not the same as a mechanic. Fire insurance is not the same as the builders of homes. Insurance is "insure against a future risk." some choose to purchase it, some do not and assume the risk themselves.

The debate should be more about the cost of medical care and how to lower cost, and allowing the poor access to low income clinics and charity hospitals. Trying to force everyone into the same insurance plan taking the freedom from those who choose to take their own risk, or work hard to pay for better care.

Your Theory is Flawed! Auto Fire & Home Insurance are completely different that Health Insurance. If you "Choose" not to purchase Health Insurance you still have the option of going to the Emergency Room and that increases the cost of Health Insurance for the rest of us. If You Wreck your Car You cannot show up at the Car Dealer and pick out a new car if you "Chose" to not by auto insurance. If you "Choose" not to insure your home and it burns down, you cannot go to the builder and demand a new home.

The debate should be about implementing Medicare Part E - For Everybody. You pay in based on a sliding scale adjusted by income.

Medicare is for the retired people - They paid for it and waited for it to be available to them when they were ready... Now America has always had health care available to people that didn't have insurance, they had to go to a receiving hospital and be treated there, and yes it was billed on a sliding scale, but since all of the illegals moved in they have run the hospitals into the ground and received care and more often then not were incapable of paying for it so that's where the citizens ended up picking up the bills in the form of increased insurance cost and higher bills from the hospitals. So that is pretty much what Obama care is covering - millions of illegal aliens that are taking advantage of our system and forcing us into the web they have weaved!
