The obamacare law is in serious constitutional trouble.

I find it amusing that obama would lecture the Supreme Court on what is constitutional and what is not.

The man never practiced law, never wrote a scholarly paper on constitutional issues, yet he is lecturing the most sophisticated lawyers in the country about what is their everyday concern.

The unmitigated gall of obama is frequently staggering. Today it is just mind blowing.

Obama hasn't shown respect for the court since his inauguration. I doubt he will start anytime soon.

We all knew all along it was unconstitutional, and he knows it too. That is why he is on the attack, if I was on the court it would not make me vote for it, his threats would only make me more resolved to do what is right.

Where was he when they were attacking the Arizona immigration law and the voter ID laws. Both passed by democratically elected bodies.

Yeah . . . he was leading the attack on laws passed by substantial majorities of democratically elected legislative bodies. Not only that, but obama also decided that the DOMA law is unconstitutional and therefore he won't enforce it. That's funny, I thought he is required to support laws that were passed legislatively and signed by presidents until the Supreme Court says they're unconstitutional.

That barry obama, he's so funny . . . he thinks he can change the constitution because he feels like it. . . . ha ha ha

I do not understand! The Justices are appointed for life. What can he do to them? I guess he could order the FBI to seize them, strap them down and tickle their feet until they agree to change their minds. I am sure he does is not contemplate hiring Tony Soprano. Those of you who have read John Grisham's "The Pelican Brief" know what happens when our Suprme Court Justices become vicims of "a hit."

That he warned the Supreme Court. They are in there for life, it's not like he can do anything to them, besides Obama is smarter than to do that. They have a Constitutional responsibility, just as he does and he is not going to interfere with that process.

If he actually were a Constitutional Scholar, (another BS lie from BO, since all of his school records are SEALED), he would know the limits of the presidency and the constitutionality of forcing the American people, in the land of the FREE, to purchase anything.
