With over 20 million of our own citizens out-of-work and our economy hurting as it is, an illegal alien with a fake birth certificate from Kenya is trying to attract as many job-stealing illegals here with amnesty, "free" healthcare, work permits and everything else, even college at taxpayer expense, thereby RAPING our country and trying to dissolve our borders and destroy U.S. sovereignty.
First thing Monday morning I will be calling my fed reps in the House and the Senate, plus Allen West's office, Jim DeMint, Ron Paul, John Cornym and every other person in Congress who I think will oppose this scurrilous insult to our nation's Constitution and people.

The Supreme Court has ruled that the Congressional power to regulate naturalization, from Article 1, Section 8, includes the power to regulate immigration (see, for example, Hampton v. The grand jury hearings followed and the House judiciary Committee finally approved three articles of impeachment on December 11, 1998, nearly a year later.
Clinton was eventually acquitted by the Senate of the two remaining articles of impeachment on Feb. 12, 1999.
OK..... I'll agree that 0bozo once again circumvented Congress and has racked up at least a dozen different reasons why he SHOULD be impeached. However, it ain't gonna happen.
The reason he came out with this on Friday, was that Marco Rubio had already completed a taped interview with CBS, outlining his immigration reform bill which is scheduled to air tomorrow Sunday morning. Whether or not they decide to run it after 0bozo's actions will be interesting.

It was a rush from the WH for 0bie to get out ahead and claim the brass, ring. Many of the elements of what he spoke of are part of Rubio's bill but there are some huge differences as well, and it would have had to be debated, voted on and approved by Congress. Rubio's bill was a permanent plan, not a temporary "Get the votes now and kick the can down the road" approach.
I seriously doubt Barry would have signed it, wanting to take the glory for himself, as he obviously has.
