Obama stutters through half-assed response to gun question. Are liberals surrendering on gun-control?

President Barack Obama on Monday acknowledged that full implementation of his expected gun control proposals may be stonewalled in Congress but pledged to “vigorously pursue” recommendations from an administration task force, including a “meaningful” assault weapons ban.

    He only stutters when he does not have his teleprompter set at the right speed.
    Also have you noticed the new podium with the teleprompter built in....all he has to do is kind of look down.
    He has never picked up a weapon of any sort.
    To cover all bases he called it a "magazine clip" instead of just a magazine.

    the entire thing that restricting law abiding citizens conduct, changes criminal conduct is a red herring argument.....I can only have 10 round per mag, so I carry 10 mags, changing a mag takes less than 2 seconds, if your half way practiced....

    Obama always stutters when he does not have a prepared speech or a teleprompter to read. I cannot image what kind of teacher he was. Wonder if any of his students would be interested in telling us what they thought of him as a teacher. You have got to admit Obama does not have many press conferences where he will take questions. The man just cannot handle any one questioning him or his policies. I guess that is why he a narcissistic, he cannot take criticism.

    If Obama thinks gun control will stop gun violence then if, and I did say IF, he gets them passed then his children should not have to have armed guards at their school and there will be no need for the secret service to protect him. But it wont work and he wont give up his protection nor that of the school his children attend. It will be the common American citizen who has to live under new threats of violence because it will go up. Law abiding citizen do not need more laws and criminals , well if they are criminals then that alone should tell us all they could care less how many laws our government passes. Criminals ignore the ones we now have and new ones wont change a thing with them.

    No real hard ball question will ever come to Obama by the leftist propaganda press like why di you say you would never raise taxes on those under 250 k and we just had 77% of all peoples taxes raised? Why did you say that the Obama care was going to be deficit neutral when it is now known that was a clear distortion to get it passed. Why did you say we would get 3 dollars of spending cuts for every new dollar spent if you had zero intentions of doing that. Why did you convene a deficit reduction commision when you had no plans to actually follow what they decided? And on and on it goes--this is the WORST PRESIDENT IN OUR HISTORY

    They may as well cave,because Americans ARE NOT giving up their RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS (least wise NO ONE I KNOW) every Citizen should READ about what happened in Australia and the U K after they instigated gun control.It is QUIET an eye opener,and the same thing will happen HERE.Another very good read is History of Gun Control,all can be seen on line.

    The negative response by America to the trashing of the second amendment is making him thread carefully. He knows his actions won't be taken positively. The recent gun sales that reached an high was an indication to whats coming. People won't listen.

    And so have past presidents! Reagan did it to ban abortions on military bases. Congress would not go along with that so he did it by executive order. All presidents have used it!

    He is not talking about taking away guns! What is wrong with you people!? Do you just hear what you want to? He is talking about a specific kind of rifle that is not used for hunting not protection. It is a killing machine. And the comment about Reagan was given because of the topic of executive order and how many presidents have used it. Not the constitution!
