Obama stabs America in the back again, bypasses congress and grants amnesty to young illegals. Are you happy about being back-stabbed...AGAIN by Obama?

Here it comes folks. Obama is on his way out and knows it and is starting to implement as many anti-American policies as possible before being kicked to the curb. This is nothing more than a desperate attempt to get the Spanish vote and continue with his anti-American agenda.
Obama has to go period. He (The POS-In-Chief) said he couldn't wait, meaning he was going to bypass congress, and is already starting his full fledged "Screw America" campaign.

They are.
'Why haven't you gotten deported?'
That's usually the first thing people ask me when they learn I'm an undocumented immigrant or, put more rudely, an "illegal." Some ask it with anger or frustration, others with genuine bafflement. At a restaurant in Birmingham, not far from the University of Alabama, an inebriated young white man...

who keep trying to protect the voter fraud racket in America,
My object to weeding it out is when the laws are made onerous. The problem in Florida is that even Rick Scott admits his list is a bad list and inaccurate. The general problem is that going for several forms of ID and 50 year old documents is not necessary or fair. If you want to require ID then say any form of government issued picture ID, a military ID card, a passport, a drivers license what have you. I oppose special ID. We have voting machines that do not leave a physical record. Ban them and require a physical record that can be examined by anyone. Set a minimum percentage lead to be considered the winner or don't wine about Al Franken and GW Bush wins.
If Florida wants to do this they should spend the money to get a good list. They should follow the law. Florida has done neither.

Twelve thousand noncitizens registered to vote in Colorado; apparently 5,000 of those voted in 2010. A recent report in North Carolina by James O'Keefe's Project Veritas (of ACORN-undercover expose` fame) compared records of registered voters to prospective jurors disqualified due to noncitizenship, but who then voted in North Carolina in 2010. The State of Florida is suing the Department of Homeland Security to obtain a list of noncitizens in order to purge the state's voter rolls before the 2012 election, and was just sued in return by the Barack Obama-Eric Holder Department of Justice with a lawsuit for purging its rolls, which is required by federal law.
Despite the steady reports of election fraud cases, updated regularly on the Republican National Lawyers Association "Vote Fraud Map," there persists a left-wing, Democratic Party-led drumbeat of "vote fraud deniers," who ignore the cases and complain loudly that there is no vote fraud.
And since there is no vote fraud, there is no need to try to prevent it, according to the liberal mantra
There are persistent charges of election, fraud too.
My understanding is that the Homeland security list does not tell who is or isn't a citizen. There appears to be no good list in existence. So if Florida wants one they will have to pay to make it.
Sorry O'keefe had a reputation for news fraud. He's a bad source.
Now then lets talk solutions. 1) The law says no voter purges closer then 90 days to an election. That seen to mean that Florida and else where had all of 2009 to do this but waited to long to do it this year. 2) Florida does seem to have exposed a problem. 3) The only fair solution I can see other then spending lots of money on a list that probably would have problems is to require everyone to reregister.
There for I would suggest a national law defining a group of ID types that could be used and required each person registering to show one of these. This law would also require everyone to reregister in 2013. I know you will not like this because it is after 2012 but I think that 5 months would not be enough time to reregister everyone. The law should also require that all election machines leave a paper trail and allow any citizen to examine that trail. That rule should go into affect in 2014. That the Democrats will not like.
