Obama Signs Executive Order Pushing Racist Hiring in Federal Employment. Is he a Racist?

President Obama has just signed an Executive Order creating an Office of Diversity for the purpose of extending racism in federal hiring. Race Quotas have been declared illegal by the Supreme Court, so the word has been replaced with “diversity.”

Allegedly, it will target Hispanics, African Americans, American Indians, women, gays and lesbians for hiring preferences, whether they are the most qualified or not. Then again, this is nothing new. Liberal Republican Richard Nixon began this process, but it has exploded under the racist proclivities of Barack Obama.

I’ve always loved the way “women” are included to mollify white women. But the game isn’t that simple. There’s a pecking order ranging from a black female lesbian at the top to white heterosexual males who are only hired if there is a compelling need for their talents. You always need people to sweep up the mess created by people hired by race and ethnicity over ability.

Actions of the racist President shouldn’t surprise anyone. Obama has been neck deep in the racist sewer since childhood. He specifically chose to spend twenty years as a regular attendee of the racist Trinity Church shepherded by America hater and anti-Semite, the Rev. Jerermiah Wright Jr. where Nation of Islam head Louis Farakkhan was frequent guest speaker. Obama’s church even gave Farakkhan their “Lifetime Achievement Award.”

Of course, Obama’s new grab for institutionalized discrimination in America’s government has its humorous side: How does someone prove they are gay to receive hiring preferences? I know. We can send them to an airport and see if they giggle and get an erection when a male TSA agent fondles them.

One might wonder why the federal government appears more concerned by the ethnicity or race of those who work for it than for the capabilities and qualifications of those workers. The answer is that government never really cared about efficiency. And while minorities like blacks are already far over represented in federal employment and civil service in general, I wonder how many truly qualified blacks must be appalled by being considered incapable of competing without preferences.

Critics note that creating an Office of Diversity when the EEOC is already in existence is yet another example of agency redundancies in the federal government. The Government Accountability Office reported earlier this year that there are more than 100 programs dealing with surface transportation issues, 82 that monitor teacher quality, 47 for job training, 17 different grant programs for disaster preparedness, etc.

But none of this really matters to America’s racist President. He doesn’t seem to like America very much. He looks down on our Constitution. He had many Nation of Islam people on his campaign. He only likes white people who are hard left liberal/progressives. So let’s change America’s government into something more to his liking. Perhaps his new model will be Kenya, Uganda and Zaire.
