It is totally unconstitutional, he should have gone through congress. What Obama is doing is not right, but he is taking advantage of the fact that most people are oblivious to everything he does.

Should the President have the authority to use the communications networks in extreme emergencies? Yes, without question. This is FAR different than some imagined and sinister government control of all means of communications. Context, please!

If America is to be saved. If the Constittution is to be saved, it is going to take men and women who believes our rights come from God, not the Congress, not the President and not the Supreme Court. Obama will create a disaster before the election to take away our right to suspend his authority . Let us all work together to come to the knowledge that our Founding Fathers were inspired men of God. Let us restore the Constitution to its original documents.

Well if you are a constitutionalist, you should still be a democrat. It was the republicans after all who threatened to default on our debt. This is against the constitution in case you don't know.

My problem with Obama is that he is basically a conservative, not much different from Nixon. I disagree a lot with what he has done when it comes to national security. This country has been moving towards Oceania for quite some time, going back to at least Uncle Ron.

I am against this law along with his continuing the wars. The republicans are hardly likely to do anything different in this regard and will probably add to it. At least Obama doesn't go around saying you are either with us or against us.
