Obama signs E.O. declaring International Law for the United States

Tasine 2012/05/03 15:51:32
The article:
On May 1, 2012, our Glorious Leader, Premier Barack Obama AKA Barry
Soetoro AKA Barry the Rat, signed yet another Executive Order –
Promoting International Regulatory Cooperation. This dictate is
designed to standardize regulations between the United States and it’s
so called trading partners.

What is a regulation? A law. So what is actually being attempted
here is a standardization of international law. It is an absolute
violation of the Constitution for the United States to legislate our law
outside of our borders.

Considering the many international security agreements the traitors
occupying our highest seats of power have entered into, this latest
executive order can absolutely be used to institute gun confiscation
laws/regulations, without any consent by our Congress or our Judicial.
And once these foreign laws are brought to the United States under the
various security agreements, foreign troops will be brought in to
enforce the foreign laws upon the people of the United States.

So look at what we have now.

  • The Patriot Act which allows unlimited spying on the American people by the government.
  • The National Defense Authorization Act with Sections 1021 and 1022
for the military arrests and indefinite detention of American nationals
without any due process of the law.
  • HR 347 Trespass Law for the implementation of Sections 1021 and 1022
of the National Defense Authorization Act upon any citizen who dares to
    speak out against the insurgency.
  • Executive Order National Defense Resources Preparedness Act, which
allows the dictator to confiscate every resource of the United States,
including we the people as conscripts to be put in servitude to the
    insurgency.

This is exactly what the Bolsheviks did to the Russian people in
1917. Now we have this new executive order for the implementation of
laws not legislated by our Congress. If we were to allow ourselves to
be disarmed by these international soviet socialists, the next step
would be to eliminate everyone who refuses to acquiesce to collective
slavery.

This latest executive order is nothing more than another act of
blatant treason and we the American people must reject it absolutely.

Here is the Executive Order. Read and interpret it for yourself.

Congress needs to pass legislation making executive orders illegal. They are not part of the Constitutional framework. While they were originally intended to be a presidential management tool for controlling various intra-governmental departments and bureaucracies, they have become nothing more than a way to circumvent the legislative process.

A power given by the Constitution cannot be construed to
authorize a destruction of other powers given in the same instrument. . .
. A treaty to change the organization of the Government, or to
annihilate its sovereignty, to overturn its republican form, or to
deprive it of its constitutional powers, would be void; because it would
destroy what it was designed merely to fulfill, the will of the people.

I agree, but when a President has his people, of like mind to his, all of whom dislike our form of government, all of whom are willing to skirt the will of the Constitution and the people, who openly have disdain for that Constitution and its form of government, all of whom are determined to have things go their way, regardless of all else, it really wont matter if their actions will be voided, because they will still be in power and won't allow the voiding of anything they don't want voided. They don't abide by the principle that our government exists through "the will of the people" and via the Constitution because to do so would be to stick to the Constitution they have great disdain for.

"It is an absolute violation of the Constitution for the United States to legislate our law
outside of our borders." Even more important, it is an absolute violation of the Constitution for the President to declare law within the borders of the US which has not been passed by both houses of Congress.

This is definitely the next step to Socialism in the good Ole USA. Obama is doing everything he can now, and in the next 5 to 7 months, while he still has the power to do what he wants, which is his way of taking down America as we know it. I'm so hoping that come October he doesn't come across with some sort of Act or bill to stop the vote, and leave those in power now, in there to keep on putting the screws to all of us. If this happens there will be a tyranny, because he works for us, not the other way around. Pretty damn scary to think and know what Obama is capable of doing.

Just prey to God the resolution to take him down, passes all of the Chairmen. And Congress as a whole for that matter.

Pamela, Obama will have the power as long as he wants it. Not legally, mind you. Not Constitutionally, mind you. He and his gang have in most respects overthrown our Constitutional Republic, and have not been stopped by legalities, by courts, by Congress, by pleas, by pressure, and they have been cheered on by the mass media who, for goodness knows what reason, and they protect each other. To me this spells determination to accomplish their intended goal . and it is my prediction that if their goals are not accomplished before the next election, he will be in office for 4 more years, regardless what any ballot box says, or for the rest of his life, like Castro, Stalin, Hitler.

I know what your saying Tasine. And I hope what you say in the last line of your comment does not happen, but you never know, because you saying that everything he has done, was done regardless. It is so bad and scary to think that he has paid so many to help him hide and help him along the path of a one ruler country as he wants America to be. Should this be accomplished I do think someone will take him down.

There is no such thing as checks and balances when all a president has to do is draft an executive order. They've been cranking them out like never before. It's almost like the White House is an executive order factory.

See I don't think they should do that. Just because our current breed of politician abuses the power delegated to them. I think a REAL President needs that power. There have been certain points where such power would be useful. And may someday save our lives. I don't see our future so bleak(not that you do) that we would have to strip our President of those powers. If we had a REAL President, Executive Order I don't think would cause such a threat.

The nation's problem is that our federal government has lost all sense of integrity and honesty. And a government such as ours REQUIRES people of integrity and love of country to run it. No one in this Administration loves this country or its people. They have no respect for public input, no respect for the rule of law, no respect for human rights, no respect for anything most of us hold dear. They represent nothing more than the door to socialism, communism, or a dictatorship. If they prevail, most citizens will be nothing more than tools. I believe this is why there is so much animosity being touted against decent, good people - those people stand in their way to domination of the rest of us.

The problem with allowing unconstitutional activities like executive orders is that it is in violation of the basic framework. Our founders were essentially anti-establishment because they understood that governments never understood where to draw the line and that they cannot be trusted to ever draw the line period. Once illegal activities like executive orders are allowed, it snowballs nonstop until there is no republic left, only an executive office issuing its own laws.

I agree with you. Have you noticed, however, that no one in this "administration" gives a hoot in hell about the Constitution or the people or the nation, for that matter? And we haven't seen anyone or any agency stop them as they run full speed ahead in their socializing of America. If we become serfs, how is the Constitution in such hands as this administration going to save us?

This started in the 1930's when our government handed our monetary system over to the Federal Reserve, tremendously escalated when FDR began all the gimme programs of his day - and that opened the door for ne'er do wells to take advantage of the system that heretofore had worked great. These programs aren't in and of themselves bad - the rationale is not bad. But rationale and goodness are not necessarily the same thing. These programs have made us soft and easily molded to suit anyone chooses to mold and manipulate.

Basically, to put the cat with the puddle on the floor, Americans caused the problem when they went to sleep at the wheel, had no interest in what was going on in their government, stupidly accepted anything they were told, no matter how bizarre, and came to RELY AND TRUST THEIR GOVERNMENT. Americans lost their souls and now they are losing their country.

Oh, yes, longer than that. I don't believe we have had any President who openly defied the people and the Constitution and the law and who deliberately did things to bring us to our knees. The reason it has been building up to this is that the Socialists and Communists NEVER rest, whereas free people DO. While we enjoyed life and all its bounties, they were working hard and tirelessly toward THIS point. The Presidents haven't done this so much as the socialists and communists have done it. This, Obama, was their coming out party. They could finally begin their dictatorship. What they had always done secretly, they are now doing openly because they have one of their own in office, and he has all the proper cronies in positions of power for them to simply tell the rest of us to get lost. And they've essentially done that.

Socialism ALWAYS FAILS. I cannot tell you how many times I have written that, and I've seen others try to convince progressives - but the progs KNOW that they are smarter and better than everyone else and that they can MAKE it work. Of course they are wrong, but you can't convince them of that - and they all seem to have the view that THEY will be the ones in charge of all the rest of us.

I don't care what he signs. He is not fit to be POTUS and he will be gone in 6 months at which point all his EO's can be nullified.

True, Obama is not fit to be POTUS. But unless he is arrested for fraud and treason, it will be 8 months before he's gone, and that only IF he isn't re-elected. And even then, while they make laws very quickly, they are usually very slow to remove them, if indeed they ever do so. The wheels of "justice" move very slowly and seem to often be stuck in the mud!
