Obama should spend less time campaigning, and more time doing his job, agree?

The world is being set on fire, Americans are being murdered, innocents from all around the world are being massacred, but all our great leader seems to care about is the election and his appearences with David Letterman. Worried yet America?

Hey, people actually have a brain. I just realized I've been trashing Obama for who knows how long when in reality he has very little power, and it's actually Congress that makes and enacts our laws.

He hasn't stopped campaigning since he started in 2006, it's the only thing he's really good at. NOBAMA in 2012!

I used to think that until recently - he is so incompetent and has such bad policies that we may be better off if he stays on the golf course or drinking $800.00 bottles of champagne with his pals.

Touche. Haha. The way I look at it, if Obama gets re-elected, we're screwed. Because if he gets elected again, then there won't be enough people to impeach him, but if Romney gets elected, we win. If he is a good president (he would definitely be better than Obama), then we're fine, if he's a bad one, the we WILL have enough people to impeach him. Decisions (for yall, I'm 15) decisions........

Well I can't say Obama was completely bad. We were already screwed way before Obama came into office, and we arnt going to be straight on our feet when Romney is elected. The way I see it maybe we DO need a business man like Romney in office to help us getting the money in good shape again, but at the same time Obama has great plans in his head that are being screwed with and twisted by media and birthers and other anti-obama members. We'll just have to see what happens. I wont get to vote in this election either, but i'm excited to see what the adults of our country will choose.

Preventing the horribly unqualified Mitt Romney from being elected is very important.

He doesn't hate them. He stated facts, actual facts. And apparently nobody can handle the truth anymore. People should really learn the actualy definition of hate before they go slinging it around everywhere.

Its fact that 47% want to stay on welfare ? Then its mostly the red Republican states that are and always have been welfare states . It may have been a fact for those welfare states but sure isn't in the blue states . I don't know maybe he was talking about his people but he sure had no respect for the people doing without .

Because Democrats obviously believe in hard work (rolls eyes). All I'm sayin' is, there's way too many drug addicted brats who think everybody owes them something, so they go on welfare when their only problem is their addiction (which is easily solved). If they wasn't dems before that, they are now, because they realize that with Romney in office there's actually a slight chance that they might actually have to work.Like it or not, that's how it is.

Your state must hand out welfare like its candy . Thats not Obamas Bushes or any of them fault . Here in Michigan we give them 3 years to be on welfare and thats it for life . Plus they have to join Michigan Works First , get drug tested in able to join Work First put in 35 hours a week in Work First . No work first no check simple as that.
  • Dj Gill Grabitz 2012/09/21 15:57:23

Good for you, you're now the only state I have ever heard of forcing people to take drug tests for welfare. Be proud of that but realize that everywhere else is different and therefore its ridiculous.

We don't Force them . We give them a check and stamps when they sign up on good faith that they are looking for a job . Then we require them to Join Michigan Works First that helps them find a job . Michigan work first requires them to take a drug test and do 35 hours a week . Kind of like we hired them to find themselves a job with our help . If they are on drugs we offer them drug treatments . If they refuse then they get no more drug money from us . Thats not forcing that is giving them a choice . I think a choice is something the conservatives are leaving out of the equation .

Personally, I think drug tests should be forced. I don't want my money that I actually had to work for going to some lazy bum that wants money without the work, then uses that money to buy drugs......

Don't see why it isn't but I think Michigan is pretty smart in the way they do require drug testing

Sorry, wrong button. Crazy? The IEDs that are blowing Americans to pieces expel what? Fire. Gunpowder being used in the bullets that are tearing into American flesh (while they aren't allowed to shoot back) use what for propulsion? Fire. The rubble of the American embassy in Libya is covered in what? Fire. Before you decide to run your mouth, you should probably know what you're talking about.

less time spent campaigning running against a candidate campaigning full time?
Carter proved in 1980 that's how a President loses his second term

Call me crazy but last time I checked, he is elected to do his job, and once he has done a sufficient amount, THEN he worries about his campaign. He's the President of the United States for crying out loud, he has people for that.
