Obama says we're drilling more oil now than anytime in the past 8 years. What he doesn't say is that most of that drilling was approved by Bush. How come Obama never includes that in the list of things he "inherited"?

because if he felt like it he could have disapproved it , or is just that his idea was already approved by bush .no matter what hes the one taking action .

that is a very important point that more people should be cognizant of. The application and permit process takes years.....the only thing that Obama did that had an immegiate effect was to ban the drilling in the gulf....and that was not a good thing

the ban on the gulf was due to the bp oil spill .

Obama has been using this technique for 3 + years now in which he repeats the same mindless banter about "fair share, shared sacrifice, and fiscal responsibility" while his assistants in the Senate set up the illusion for him. (see Obamacare articles of actual cost to stated cost).
The problem Obama has now is everyone has seen the trick, how it's done, and that it is FAKE. Of course, just like with the great magicians of the past 30 years if you want to see the show it's gonna cost you.
