Must be something wrong with my computer, could barely hear what he was saying. But I was shocked that just over 1% of the US population is muslim (btw being sarcastic). How much of that percentage is celebraties converting when it was fashionable in the early-mid 90s?

There are 196 countries so to be ranked 38th by population is quite right, you are one of the largest muslim countries in the world.
Also he is correct, learning about islam and the kuran is a good thing. Understanding how other cultures is a good thing. Reading about and learning about Islam wont turn you into a muslim. It may turn you into a less ignorant person.
