Harry Truman said, "The buck stops here" [at the desk of the president]. But Obama has blamed Bush, bad luck and just about everyone or everything but himself.

Well, Obama himself has been handling the reins of government and calling the shots. Even issuing unconstitutional executive orders when it suits his illicit purposes. Like how he by-passed Congress to give amnesty and work permits to over a million illegal aliens.

So now Obama says DC feels just as broken as it did 4 years ago. Isn't that admitting that he FAILED? See report here:

Without realizing it, he has admitted to being a failure. He promised to fix the economy within 2 years but he didn't do that.

I don't think he did. First he said "He says he's most frustrated by the inability "to change the atmosphere" (and other things) But then he states "There's enough blame to go around for that," So I guess he's still blaming others. The buck didn't reach him, it was dropped by all the others and it's not his fault!

Actually, obama has succeded in willfully destroying as much capitalism as possible in a short 4 year period through regulations ,communist czars and circumventing the constitution. As the saying goes, give him more time and he will eliminate your liberties ,rights and what's left of freedom leaving a third world chithole in his wake..
