Let's say Romney wins the Republican nomination as Gingrich and his skeletons start to sink his boat. The speculation is that Ron Paul would run as an independent. If that's the case and it's a 3 man race who would get your vote?

Things are improving even if it's only slowly. The GOP has nothing to offer and they have totally stalled the government for two years now. I'm hoping Obama gets a Congress he can work with this time around.

No. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and everyone is significant to other people, to you, my opinion may be insignificant because you support one of the crazy republican's running for President, but there are people somewhere out there who care about what I have to say about President Obama.

Personally, I hope NONE of these canidates win the presidency since I have issues with ALL of them and we MUST have a president I guess--but it is a damn shame that my choice for the mighty US presidency will come down to this simple question : which one of these idiots will hurt me the LEAST after getting all that power??? However, I think this year will be different if only because the Mayan Calander is ending and some of the "talking heads" on the History Channel keep saying becuase of the Mayan Calander is ending the world will end on Dece. 21, 2012 so there is some HOPE that the results of this election won't matter at all with the world ending before he can take office!! Let's hope anyway!

There is no other logical or American choice. I rather enjoyed the freedom I had growing up in the 50's and 60's and I want them back! For those born in the 70's or later can probably not relate, but it was an America unrecognizable today, a prosperous and 'happy' America, an America that still fought for the right things

Ron Paul will return our most valuable Civil Rights - OBAMA WILL NOT! HE HAS STLOEN THEM FROM YOU! WAKE UP! - civil rights that were lost to Bush, and now Obama will take from us our last protection

Romney, Newt, Obama and all the rest, Except RON PAUL, support these acts of treason against Americans and the Constitution.

If you truly value your freedom, you privacy, your
property (which includes your person and your money), your freedom of speech (gone under SOPA which just passed the Senate), and your individual liberty, you can not vote for anyone else but Ron Paul.

Love or hate him, he is still the ONLY candidate who respects your Civil Rights and he's the ONLY one who has been defending them for the past 30 years.

I am stunned at the ignorance of those who are voting Obama up. I mean no disrespect, truly, but nobody who values their life and freedom and understands what is required to have and keep it would never vote for Obama or Romney in 2012. I guess we can chalk this up to the nanny state and it's consistent degradation of 'federal' public education since the 'federal' Dept of Education was created in the 70's.

Ron Paul or none at all. There is no difference between 0bama and 0bama-Lite/Romney.

Anyone who would vote for 0bama when Ron Paul is running on much of what 0bama promised as a candidate and FAILED to deliver as a president is only fooling themselves.

This tells me that you must have really liked George W Bush, since 0bama is nothing more than a recycled, re-branded version of Bush on steroids, especially where failed foreign policy and the economy is concerned.

I'm an independent ,and see Obama winning over the circus these rep candidates have put on .With all the changes in who's leading who, it seems like a drowning man grasping for anything. Extremes don't do good for a country, and taxes will eventually have to go back to what they are, so "we don't leave the kids the bill" .If they were truly serious about that, they don't act like it.

If it is down to those 3, it has to be Obama. Romney will never win, because everything he stands for he was against on record not that long ago. Paul might give Obama a run for his money, but he is too old and has ideas that are too harmful to lead the country. That only leaves one liar that might do a better job the second time around. I know it took him a while to find his balls, but now that he has them back, maybe we can fix a few things.

Paul's already said (39 times) that he doesn't intend to run as an independent. And I think he can be taken at his word. After all, he had that opportunity in the last election - he rejected it. If third parties are what really concern people - Gary Johnson is running third party, not Paul.

Paul is the only candidate offering a deviation from the corporatist war machine in either of the two parties. And it has been said that he has the best chance of beating Obama - who by all standards - is just another puppet to the corporatists.

And 0bama has done anything but kick the can down the road? More spending, more wars, higher unemployment & massive bailouts. Why don't we just ask G.W. Bush to come back and do his 4th term since 0bama has done his 3rd.

3rd party candidates are still pretty doomed. Rep.s have to narrow their field soon. I've really been waiting for the primaries to begin. I think he'll have the same supporters, but I hate the idea of a lame duck Obama.
