I think it is going to be a toss up. Hard to pick this one. If the Economy falls again like many say it will, This will hurt Obama. I do not however think Romney is "NOT" a very good replacement. This whole lessor of two evils is getting really old. I think a 3rd party candidate will get more votes than ever before, Personally I would like to see a 3rd party win this thing, Maybe shake up the 2 major parties and show them we are tired of this crap and that they better start working for the American People. I for one am looking into other options as i feel the Democratic party is not supporting my views anymore.

History repeats itself, so the Incumbent will once again get more votes than the flip-flop from Massachusetts. However, friends don't let friends vote for Obamney, so if you wanna live free, vote Gary Johnson in 2012.

Don't you understand that if we elect Romney, that we're going to go back to where we were in 2008? The lesser of two evils is still evil, and Romney will not provide us the freedom that the Conservative elite would like for their subordinates to believe.

You don't understand.. we can tolerate Romney for a few years and by then be ready to put in the right person.. but if we let Obama win we will never have another free election.. game over.

I've read this story before. We elect a guy who everyone thinks is a better placeholder than the "commie socialist progressive liberal" who's in office, a war is manufactured, and now we "need" the flag-waving conservative to ensure our freedom while the system is hijacked for their special interests. I've seen the National Defense Act of 2012, but I've also seen the Patriot Act. Romney will not help preserve our freedoms; he will help accelerate everything to the point where we go into another recession and only those who are aligned with a corporation will be fine (and believe me, I'm fine as far as that's concerned.) I, too, worry about a Liberal elite that's controlled by the government, but I'm absolutely cognizant to the Conservative elite that's already using their institutions to convince everyone of this "red scare" is necessary to elect someone who will "preserve freedom" when in actuality, they just want to hijack the political system to bleed tax dollars into their institutions and flip us with the bill. We need to throw them all out if America's ideals are going to be restored to the great nation we should be and not accelerating ourselves on the fast-track to devolve into a third-world country. Obama is literally no worse than Romney because they're both spokes in the same machine.

no.. sorry.. cannot agree.. first of all we are already in another recession.. and the plan for lack of a better word.. is to socialize our country.. they may not call it communism but it will be just that in every way.. there will be the elites, who will tax the rich to give to the poor and in a few years there will be only poor.. just like in the USSR previously. This is the agenda of those who control the strings on obama and company.. Romney will not fall in place for that agenda.. tho his may not be much better it will at least give us the chance to have another election.. something that will not happen if obama gets in.

The thought that Obama is out to ensure that we never have another election again is one so absolutely fanatical that I have to question what basis in reality it has. This isn't the 1950s, it's 2012. Nobody, not even Obama's "inner elite", would dare revert to an economic system that all but failed 2 decades ago.

Obama will not take over the world if he's re-elected; we'll have another 4 years of a presidency which is eerily similar to G.W. Bush. We're still in Iraq and Afghanistan. We still have a War on state's rights to implement medical marijuana laws. The corporate cronyism that existed for Halibuton and Exxon Mobil was exposed during the Solyandra scandal. Obamacare was implemented, but the basis of that came from Newt Gingrich's idea for a mandate and was first implemented as Romneycare in Mass. (so if you think Obamacare will get full repeal under Romney, think again.). Hell, Bernake is still the head of the Fed. Despite that fact that employment numbers are on the rise (I know this to be true because of the nature of my job), you are absolutely correct that we are still in a recession. This is because nothing has changed.

I'm voting for Gary Johnson because I don't want to choose between the failed policies that got us here or the failing policies which keep ...

I'm voting for Gary Johnson because I don't want to choose between the failed policies that got us here or the failing policies which keep us here. I'm voting for Gary Johnson because the Republicans showed how fearful they are to the truest, least hypocritical candidate of theirs by pushing him aside for those who walk the party line despite the fact NO ONE wanted Romney; they merely settled on him like Liberals did with John Kerry in 2004. I'm voting for Gary Johnson because he isn't trying to raise taxes or make us socialists as so much he trusts Americans to make intelligent decisions. But most importantly, I'm voting for Gary Johnson because I want to see Americans have genuine freedom; something the two-party system has utterly failed to deliver and has absolutely no intention on delivering.

The GOP will pretend to offer us freedom, the Dems will pretend to offer us equality, but if we don't break the cycle now, only the elite from both will prosper while the rest of us pay for it.

I agree with a lot of what you say.. however, it is not obama who is out to ensure we never have another election.. it is the NWO.. and all those who think we need to be under one world government.. so that the elite can rip off everyone in the guise of helping the poor... that is the job of folks like George Soros and the CFR and others.. They will do anything to finally get their mitts into the US.. resources and tax base.. for one.. err.. two..
I am not a Republican ..I was a Democrat but left when obama became the nominee.. I had researched him for a year already and knew what he represented.. Now I am an Independent.. I liked Johnson.. but a vote for anyone other than Romney right now is a vote for obama.. I can't do that.. I understand what you are saying but I think that we are running out of chances.. and time.. to take control.. it is again time for a government of, for and by the people..

I believe ultimately President Obama will win. Romney has spent so much time pandering to the extreme right wing base of his party. You don't win Independents by being extreme. There are a solid group of Republicans who know their party is too extreme & support Obama.

The Polls will be playing ping pong up until election day. And Unless we find out that Obama is Deep Frying Children and Worshipping Satan on the White House lawn, He should be able to experience a second term. I wouldn't be at all surprised if there is a recount.

The one where he is pandering to illegals.... He wants to stop deporting illegals who are young.... I can only ask: What has happened to our nation of laws? We have all these laws and our own Federal government does not want to enforce them.....

    Illegal is illegal.

I can sympathize to some extent with these kids....but if I was in their shoes in Mexico, or another south American country....I wouldn't be deported...I'd be in prison.

The reason there are so many illegals in this country...is because our pansy assed government won't enforce the laws that exist.
