If obama wins, not only will America lose, but the whole world loses as well. Voters in your country need to use some common sense when voting, that man should have never been elected, all he has done is destroyed your way of living, and your culture. Unfortunately, it is not going to be easy to reverse the damage that obama has done to the next generation in America, and that should be very frightening. obama's economic policies are remarkably similar to socialist. I do know that our president-elect of France, François Hollande, is a socialist, and proud of it. It's the kind of proposal that gets a big “wet sloppy kiss” from obama. Refusing to learn from economic history, Hollande’s policies will fail. Then he can take another queue from your obama — he can just blame his predecessor, Nicolas Sarkozy … or was it George Bush?

Oui, but they are supposed to be leaders of a free world. Socialism has never brought progress.

I don't usually rave someone from another country who wishes to speak on our political climate, but it is wildly refreshing that someone from a country already seeing the affects of policies some wish to put in place here is able to give such well written testimony.

    Well said.

Amen, you are way smart for your age and knowledgeable first hand of the failures of socialist policy. I'll send a prayer for France. BTW, I was there in 1973 and again in 1994. Stark contrast and I'm betting it has gotten worse in Paris then it was in '94. So sad. It was so great in 1973.

Thank you, Paris is now mostly made up of Muslim neighborhoods. Mohammed is the most popular, and we have mosques going up all over. They say soon there will be super mosques going up that will drarf every church in the nation.

That is so sad. My first time to Paris I stayed at Hotel du Louvre and it was spring time. The smell of roses was so wonderful. Last time I was there all I could smell was some kind of greasy meats cooking. It was very dirty looking too. Hope you live in part of the still beautiful part. I want to come back and hit the country side and smaller villages. Do a food tour, hehe.Maybe wine too, but that's a given isn't it?

Thank you for attempting to set the Obama supporting liberal straight.

They don't want to listen to us (American Conservatives), but maybe a few of them can be salvaged by listening to someone like yourself, who is not only looking from the outside in, but have been living under a type of government that Obama is attempting to take us to.

I was glad to post it, I seen it while looking at news here, and just got me to say what I think. I will also say this, maybe or already is coming to your country if nobody stands up. Before traveling to France, it would be prudent to note that everything you say can – and in many cases, most likely will – be used against you in a court of law.
It was Friday, June 4th 2010, French Interior Minister Brice Hortefeux was tried by a Paris tribunal correctionnel for “public injuries committed towards an individual because of his race, his religion or his origin, by speech, writing, image or means of communication to the public by electronic voice.” According to article R 625-4 of the French Penal Code, individuals who insult others based on their race or origin are subject to fines and trial in French court. French sources claim that while freedom of speech exists in France, “the limits are different than in the U.S., as far as insults, defamatory comments, or propagation of hatred are concerned.” Where does this fine money go? It goes to MRAP: Mouvement Contre le Racisme et pour l’Amitie entre les Peuples (Movement Against Racism and for Friendship Among Peoples).

Nicely put! As long as Socialism has a chance to grow the entire world is in danger! I sincerely hope France can survive it's socialist occupation, and America can do it's part in November by voting the usurper in chief out as well!

There is a creature in your country, and his name is George Soros. He is a convicted felon in France for manipulating our currency. He funded politicians to push forth programs while betting against France’s currency. Now in your country he does the same. If the country spends too much money, then the value of your currency goes down. If the currency goes down, gold and other hedge fund investments go up. George Soros is a hedge fund investor that has made most of his money betting against the currency of the country he has manipulated. He gets to a point where he thinks he’s made enough and then sells everything off, which causes economic chaos. Soros uses the ideology of politicians and media members to push forth programs to the unsuspecting public by playing on their moral values. I read many articles on this man. Here is one I share with all, tho dated 2010, he has not changed, he is still the same creature.

Francois Hollande may yet prove to be the bitter pill that decisively cures France of the Socialist temptation once and for all just as Obama is doing to us in America.

We're better prepared to stand up to the falsehoods of left wing politicians and their media lackeys this time than we were 4 years ago. And Obama's party has weakened itself in all this time.
