NEW YORK, NY – After a Maricopa County law enforcement agency conducted a six-month forensic examination which determined that the image of Obama’s alleged 1961 Certificate of Live Birth posted to a government website in April, 2011 is a digital fabrication and that it did not originate from a genuine paper document, arguments from an Obama eligibility lawyer during a recent New Jersey ballot challenge hearing reveals the image was not only a fabrication, but that it was likely part of a contrived plot by counterfeiters to endow Obama with mere political support while simultaneously making the image intentionally appear absurd and, therefore, invalid as evidence toward proving Obama’s ineligibility in a court of law.

Taking an audacious and shocking angle against the constitutional eligibility mandate, Obama’s lawyer, Alexandra Hill, admitted that the image of Obama’s birth certificate was a forgery and made the absurd claim that, therefore, it cannot be used as evidence to confirm his lack of natural born citizenship status. Therefore, she argued, it is “irrelevant to his placement on the ballot”.

What surprises me is that people who kiss bollocks muslim obalmy's ass, think this is fake. Now, why would the kenyan government make it up any way? They are proud of him being the american president, so blow his trumpet regularly. They would also have records too. They have publically stated he was born in kenya. Did odumba forget to tell them to keep quiet? Or did he run out of your money? Or did they refuse to keep quiet, or did he hope to say they are all mad?

Until I see a legal birth certificate, I will continue to believe he was not born in this country. And he was not brought up poor. His grandparents raised him in Hawaii (not Haiti) He attended school in Indonesia for four years in a Muslim school. I wonder if that is where he became racist. Like his father.

This is the smoking gun, Hill admitted that only a PDF file had been available to New Jersey, and that it was immaterial to the case at hand. No where does she say Obama forged a document. You people are so willing to believe all this bunk. LOL.

What she did say, which was mis-stated, is that even if the petitioners did have an authentic copy of Obama’s birth certificate, there is no requirement under NJ ballot law that the candidate for President publish, produce or release the birth certificate. The petitioner’s claim is not relevant. Even if it were relevant, every federal and state court has ruled that Obama is eligible to be President and has already met the requirements for eligibility.

The judges decision in part -

…This is not the place to write a law review article on the full analysis of the subject, but there is no legal authority that has been cited or otherwise provided that supports a contrary position. The petitioners’ legal position on this issue, however well-intentioned, has no merit in law. Thus, accepting for the point of this issue that Mr.Obama was born in Hawaii, he is a “natural born Citizen” regardless of the status of his father.

Based upon the above I CONCLUDE that the petitioners have failed to meet their burden to establish that Barak Obama failed in any obligation to prove to the Secretary of State that he is qualified to hold the Presidency and that he is a “natural
born Citizen” of the United States of America, as required by the United States Constitution. The petitions challenging his petitions are DISMISSED.

There is more than one Judge out there who doesn't have family to threaten or arrangements can be made ahead of time to ensure their safety, that will gladly take this case and get it to trial.

Once it has been ruled that he has in fact provided fraudulent 'documents' thus ineligible to hold office, the rats will jump ship and swarm to get immunity deals.
They will sing like canaries, desperately trying to save their own bacon, knowing their political careers are over.
