Obama Launches campaign In Empty Arena.
Barack Obama launched his campaign in unspectacular fashion today at Ohio State University, the largest college in the crucial swing state. A photo posted to twitter by Mitt Romney's campaign spokesman Ryan Williams reveals sparse attendance. The above image, according to Williams, was taken during the President's first official campaign speech.
During the speech, Obama ripped into the presumptive GOP nominee and discussed nation building at home, but the most newsworthy item of the day was not the talking points Obama delivered: it was the crowd... or lack thereof. According to ABC News, the Obama campaign had expected an "overflow" of people. Instead, the arena looked half-empty. The Columbus Dispatch reports that Obama organizers even had people move from the seats to the floor of the gym in order to project a larger crowd on television.

Americans are more enthused to listen to a message that addresses the "real" problems that affect America today.
Real story here is the right's desperate need to deny the obvious truth that Obama is popular. And likable. They HAVE to make him look like a loser and unpopular.
You're not going to hear stories about how many car elevators there are in Obama's new mansion. Nothing about his swiss bank accounts. Nothing about how he has been very, very wealthy since before he was born.
Romney has stated he likes being able to fire people.
His plan for the USA - if things don't get better - he'll simply fire all of us.
He can dance, has a sense of humor and he can slow jam the news.
If conservatives do something he doesn't like he doesn't reflexively fly into hysteria spitting out ridiculous smears to desperately try to get get people to hate his opponents.
Ridiculous long posts like this don't make you seem valid, don't make you seem rational, AND REALLY don't make you seem sane.
Calm you're insane frenzy down. All you're accomplishing is looking like a schizophrenic that needs his meds adjusted.
