Barack Obama launched his campaign in unspectacular
fashion today at Ohio State University, the largest college in the
crucial swing state. A photo posted to twitter
by Mitt Romney's campaign spokesman Ryan Williams
reveals sparse attendance. The above image, according to Williams, was
taken during the President's first official campaign speech.
During the speech, Obama ripped into the presumptive GOP nominee and discussed nation building at home, but the most newsworthy item of the day was not the talking points Obama delivered: it was the crowd... or lack thereof. College graduates are unemployed in record numbers due to Obama's policies. Blacks are unemployed in record numbers too. These groups need to wake up and vote for a strong economy that allows them to prosper.























A week before the 2008 California Democratic primary, Obama held a huge rally in downtown Oakland. Hillary Clinton won CA by eight percentage points.

Four days before the Pennsylvania Democratic primary, Obama held a mega rally in Philadelphia. Hillary Clinton won PA by ten percentage points.
Similar incidents occured in Texas, New Jersey, and Nevada. Of course the fawning media hung on his every word. Obama is a celebrity, like Kim Kardashia, Paris Hilton, and Lindsay Lohan, are media stars. They roo draw huge crowds whereever they go. But what does it mean, really?
Unless of course you have something bad on the POTUS.
