After almost (3) years of no Congressional budget resulting in a Bond downgrade of U.S. Treasuries, Obama will deliver his 'sad-state-of-the-nation' campaign speech designed to blame Republicans in Congress.
The democrats did not even offer a budget for Congress to consider last year! The Republicans put forth a budget for consideration but we know what democrats did... absolutely nothing!
So, obama you can play the blame game but you can't ignore the facts!
