Pay attention to every speech Obama makes these days regardless of the topic. As usual, it's never his fault but the thing I have noticed is he has moved away from the constant "republican obstructionist' mantra and moved to "Congress" did it or Congress approved it. Wonder how the democrats like looking at the bottom of the bus they helped to build for him that he is throwing them under now?

If China is able to undercut solar products so much why did not all the American based solar compainies go bankrupt.
There is a reason China has an advantage on Solar products as well as most electroinc products that is because they produce 95% of the worlds REEs(Rare earth elements) that are required for them. The present EPA regulations dont not allow for REEs to be mined and produced in the United States so we are subservient to China for them.
