Obama is confused about the economy: It's doing fine. Well it isn't if you don't use my never never land numbers.

That is Obama for you, right on top of things. Americans are back to work, everyone is buying a new home, car and traveling like never before. Oh wait....that was before Obama took office....sorry, disregard.

He said the private sector is doing well, but if YOU want to lie about what he said, go ahead.

I love Mitt's response on Friday shortly after he heard the prez's comments:

“He said the private sector is doing fine,” Romney said. “Is he really that out of touch? I think he’s defining what it means to be detached and out of touch with the American people. Has there ever been an American president who is so far from reality as to believe in an America where 23 million Americans are out of work.”

    This prez is absolutely CLUELESS!

Liberals will probably commit terror crimes to improve their lives. Can you imagine criminals asking to go to Gitmo?

Why worry about the economy? The top 2% don't, life has proved to be good and only getting better. Conservatives have insured it, enjoy............

It;s very clever actually,- I have just realised that he has started painting his opposition into the corner,,,

With his announcement today he is saying that if the Hill don't pass his job creation bill (which will create jobs and which the Republicans were probably planning to pass in some form after the election), then they will be blamed for not helping resolve the problem.

If they do pass the bill then he will take the credit.....

    This is getting interesting...

Its "game theory" in the mathematical sense. I wonder which strategic analyst came up with this one?....

The man is so divorced from reality, it's enough to make even the casual observer wonder how this pathetic excuse of a POTUS could have ever been elected to the highest office in the land. I've been wondering that everyday.

Shows how out of touch this narcissistic ass is. In case he hasn't noticed the private sector isn't doing so fine. People have lost their jobs, their homes, and most of their retirement. The most they can hope for now is that they have enough food to put on the table, and some place for their kids to sleep. obama

Despiration without a teleprompter. And without a teleprompter, you should know what you are talking about before you open your mouth, unless of course, you have very small feet.

his exact words : "the private sector is doing fine". And since the bulk of job creation is in the private sector, it could be argued that after a calamitous the private sector IS doing fine. He did not say the economy is doing fine.

When states are cutting departments, they are laying off people. So shrinking government which some advocate is directly causing unemployment.

Hello!! They still haven't provided enough jobs for the college grads without even counting the 15% that needs them. The private sector is at most breaking even and will continue until they find out how bad Obummer care is going to hit them.
