This prez is absolutely CLUELESS!
With his announcement today he is saying that if the Hill don't pass his job creation bill (which will create jobs and which the Republicans were probably planning to pass in some form after the election), then they will be blamed for not helping resolve the problem.
If they do pass the bill then he will take the credit.....

Its "game theory" in the mathematical sense. I wonder which strategic analyst came up with this one?....
When states are cutting departments, they are laying off people. So shrinking government which some advocate is directly causing unemployment.
