Well my dad is working on his third nuclear power plant as an electrician. Most of the new ones planned for building were planned long before Obama got into office. Doesn't mean that nothing is scheduled to take their place. If they are already planed then Obama doesn't need to do anything to plan for them, its already done. If you don't believe me google "new nuclear power plants" and you'll see a list of the ones being built now.

Here's an idea... Get rid of the moron making these declarations and forget about "party" lines (designed to divide America) and get back to altruism, accountability, teamwork, forgiveness and gratitude! Our history was built with honor, respect and dignity for others and an understanding of ourselves! Claims like these are attempts to sway votes! It's just another lie from the great President!

I say, get real Republicans and promote Green Energy as the solution to our environmental problems before pollutions destroys more of our planet.

You didn't like my opinion so you insult, aye? Green Energy has been making major strides around the globe and will continue to do so simply because we have no other choice. There is a great need to clean up our planet before we completely ruin the earth, I am sure you would agree with that.

Perhaps the reason that there is no corn is because of a "climate change" drought caused by the burning of fossil fuels?

Or it could be because of a natural recycling of weather patterns that have repeated several times in the past. Ever hear of Oklahoma being called the "Dust Bowl" in recent history? If not, you need to study instead of repeating Left Wing fear tactics. I live in OK, it's getting dryer, but it's not as bad as it was in the 20's and 30's. If you had been around back then, what would you blame our drought on? Cow Farts? Wood Burning Fireplaces? Cigarette Smokers? There weren't that many emissions from autos back then. And what about the droughts in the 1800's, no cars at all, was it the industry movement? What can you blame those and preceeding droughts on and all tbe other recurring things that are blamed on 'Global Warming' OR AS IT IS CALLED NOW - 'Climate Change' (since Global Warming wore out it's luster as a Leftist standby slogan). I agree that we need to get off of fossil fuels, 100%!!! But we can't just up and STOP all at once. We need to gradually decrease fossil fuel usage while gradually increasing alternate energy sources. And, even if we did abruptly stop using oil, etc., China and other countries would make up the difference in pollutants that we don't create, and eventually surpass what we would have produced. This problem is not as simple as STOP one thing RIGHT ...

This problem is not as simple as STOP one thing RIGHT NOW, and START something else
RIGHT NOW. It can't be done that
way. What would we do with all the cars, trucks, semi tractors, motorcycles, etc? How could we produce all the replacements in this failed economy? Where would the money come from to make the switch, not just from oil, but from coal, etc. I guess a 14 trillion dollar stimulus is in order now? How do we pay that back to all the taxpayers, go another 20 years with an even bigger 35 trillion dollar deficit? If you've got the answers, let's hear them! What was that? I didn't hear anything, was THAT your remedy to this fiasco?

That may be the scientific theory that you've heard, there are many theories floating around right now as to what is going on. However, put 20 people on each of four corners at an intersection, wait for an accident, then question each of the 80 observers. You'll most likely get at

True - and it get's worse when the driver of the accident is paying for the witness's "expenses"...

I was referring to a notable temperature rise because of the absence of vapour in the atmosphere from jet exhausts which (because of their way of making the atmosphere "milky") actually serve to reflect some sunlight back into space...

obama mandated 40% of corn crop must go to etr5hanol so when the drought reduced our corn yeild obamas' mandate destroyed our food supply and there is no provable climate change, there were worse droughts in years past

If you wait for definitive proof before acting then it will be too late - for even when it is blindly apparent to all, it would still be impossible to "prove"...
