Desperate to win reelection, Obama is resorting to underhanded tactics to put lipstick on the pig of the economy he has created. The chart below will enlighten as to our real unemployment disaster created by the Obama administration, by looking at the percentage of working age Americans that have jobs.

working-age Americans are being excluded from the nation’s formal tally
of 13.75 million unemployed Americans.
Given the nation’s working-age population of 240.5 million, that 4.5
percent drop means that roughly 11 million Americans have fallen out of
the workforce. They are excluded, however, from the nation’s formal
unemployment rolls — which document only 13.75 million unemployed
Americans.
By excluding those non-working Americans, the White House can claim that
the formal unemployment rate has fallen to 8.3 percent in January 2012,
down from a peak of 10 percent in 2009.

So what do you think about Obama lowering the corporate tax rate even lower than Bush did? Will we be hearing angst against Obamas tax cuts from you guys on the left or will you still be blaming Bush? What's your opinion on Obama defunding Social Security under the guise of a tax cut? Obama snuck in an executive order that will cut the amount of SS benefits we get when we hit retirement age. He is cutting out SS. You OK with that? I would never de-fund SS/medicare. It is already suffering. I would reel in spending as much as possible, then, if there is still a deficit I would increase PERSONAL taxes on those making $300K or more to 40% over $1M would be 50%. Repeal NAFTA and invoke an import tariff. level the playing field on import/export. Make it more cost effective to make products here again.
Do you even know what part Kathleen Blanco played in Hurricane Katrina and the failure of relief? Do you even know who she is with out doing a search? How about Ray (I want a chocolate town) Nagin. Why did Nagin refuse to use all of the school buses at his disposal after the Feds told him to take command of them prior to Katrina hitting landfall? What was the real reason why the Feds and FEMA did not take control until 3 days after Katrina hit? What law prevented them from stepping in and whose authority prevailed at first?
What about Obama cutting funding of SS/Medicare and cutting the corporate tax rate to a lower level than Bush did?
