Obama Cooks the Books On Unemployment Rate; 11 Million Jobless, Not Considered

OCCUPY WHITE HOUSE, NOT WALL STREET!

It's not the bankers / financiers / Wall streeters that have to do anything with our standard of living, which is OWS' sole accusation -- in fact, it's the politicians! The politicians, notably Clinton Admins and their Community Redevelopment Act, forced bankers to loan out to subprime applicants (those who didn't really qualified for a loan), which in return defuncted on their own loans, which in return.... (dominio effect), you get the gist. Then, politicians were forced to "bail out" banks... due to Clinton's administrations (source: http://factcheck.org/2008/09/... It's all done by the politics, not the "Wall Streeters".



Tough Clinton-regulated feds forced bankers/lenders into high-risk hotspot where they had no choice but to lower lending standards to loan out which they wouldn't have made if feds hadn't butted in. It was either that or face stiff government penalties. This was done to PRIVATE banks... but the Clinton's blessings, the feds got involved. (Thus bigger government).



The untold story in this whole national crisis is that President Clinton amped up steroids on the Community Redevelopment Act, a well-intended Carter-era law (Community Re-Investment Act) designed to encourage homeownership among minorities. And in so doing, he inadvertently helped put OWS on the spot, because of the Obama Admins had to provide bail-out to the finance corporations with our taxpayer's money. Again, it's all politicians.


The only thing Bush has had to do with this is that in 2004 he (along with McCain who cosponsored the bill) and a few other congressmen tried to overhaul and regulate how Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were run and their financing.

BUT...The Democrats blocked this Bush/McCain's measure:



Top 3 receivers of Fannie Mae Funds (Think corporatism).

Chris Dodd (Democrat)

Barack Obama (Democrat)

John Kerry (Democrat)

It's not a coincidence!



The only reason a Banker/Lenders can DECLINE a loan is: 1) credit, 2) debt 3) income ratio or collateral. (Banks/Lenders are private corporation but was federally forced by Democrats...)



Anything else is a against the law. I mean, you can be 85 years old, and all three above criterias are met, then you can take out a 30 year loan.



The regulations that Clinton put it required that lenders finance homes in high risk markets or face very large fines. So, in order to make those loans, they had to reduce the standards, hence today's problems.



There's huge difference between "Capitalism and Corporatism"... The direction OWS is aiming for, they're gunning for socialism without really realizing the ramifications of their actions. Ask any Canadians if they "like" their health system. Ha ha. Republicans aim for smaller government while democrats... well, ya know.



As far as capitalism goes, we like competition -- for example, FedEx, DHL, and UPS, compared with Government's own Postal Service. FedEx, DHL, and UPS keeps track of their clients' packages via technology, rarely losing anything. We, as clients, can choose which service we want to use, the cheapest or the fastest... that's capitalism. But, through massive government control (via regulations and taxes / 'taxed to death"), FedEx, DHL, and UPS will close out then we're forced to use Government's own Postal Service because there's no other competitive services. By using Government's own Postal Services, they rate far WORST than any other competitive services... they lose MILLIONS of mails yearly compared to FedEx, DHL, and UPS.



That applies to ObamaCare and private health insurance/hospital as well. How are we liking the VA hospitals? (Government run hospitals are poorly rated). Think of ALL private hospital being run under government (think Obamacare)... Nightmare, indeed.



Capitalism rocks! It encourages creativity, competitive drive, and best services... It encourages small businesses to thrive based on success through supply and demand. Corporatism, on otherhand have personal responsibility to their own workers... Banks are "corporates" too... and they have personal responsibility to make decisions whether to lend money to unqualified applicants but the politicians (Clinton Admins) forced them to hand out money (excessive Governmental power, it reeks of socialism).



Corporates are merging like crazy because politicians are allowing "monopolies" (merging of several corporates) to take place, thus called, "Corporate Socialism". It is the politicians to blame for allowing such corporatism to happen due to "Marxism/multiculturalism" trend (totally despise Marxism myself).



All above, I learned a lot about this from an economist, Joseph Schumpeter (1883-1950, Austria/Hungary), he wrote a great book, "Capitalism, Socialism and Democracy."

My son is an asthmatic sufferer... we buy Primatene Mist brand.



When ObamaCare Health plan becomes enacted, you all will have to pay for uninsured asthmatic sufferers -- uncessarily and yet, preventive (at no cost to you if it wasn't banned). So, the point is that Primatene Mist is very effective OTC herbal drug and affordable.... without side effects. Who will pocket the most from this ban? The pharmaceuticals who lobbied the politicians, Senator DeMint is working on overturning this ban. Please show Senator DeMint your support against this ban. The politicians are showing us that they can be bought by corporates (corporatism, largely different from capitalism)... Occupiers should be occupying the White House, where the root of problem lies.

This is just a history lesson. I am sending it to all regardless of party. It is history and nothing can change it.

The day the Democrats took over was not January 22nd 2009, it was actually January 3rd 2007,the day the Democrats took over the House of Representatives and the Senate, at the very start of the 110th Congress.

The Democratic Party controlled a majority in both chambers for the first time since the end of the 103rd Congress in 1995.

For those who are listening to the liberals propagating the fallacy that everything is "Bush's Fault", think about this:
January 3rd, 2007, the day the Democrats took over the Senate and the Congress:

The DOW Jones closed at 12,621.77
The GDP for the previous quarter was 3.5%
The Unemployment rate was 4.6%
George Bush's Economic policies SET A RECORD of 52 STRAIGHT MONTHS of JOB CREATION!

Remember that day...
January 3rd, 2007 was the day that Barney Frank took over the House Financial Services Committee and Chris Dodd took over the Senate Banking Committee.

The economic meltdown that happened 15 months later was in what part of the economy?

BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES!
THANK YOU DEMOCRATS (especially Barney) for taking us from 13,000 DOW, 3.5 GDP and 4.6% Unemployment...to this CRISIS by (among MANY other things) dumping 5-6 TRILLION Dollars of toxic loans on the economy from YOUR Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac FIASCOES!

(BTW: Bush asked Congress 17 TIMES to stop Fannie & Freddie -starting in 2001 because it was financially risky for the US economy). Barneyblocked it and called it a "Chicken Little Philosophy" (and the sky did fall!)
And who took the THIRD highest pay-off from Fannie Mae AND Freddie Mac? OBAMA

And who fought against reform of Fannie and Freddie?
OBAMA and the Democrat Congress, especially BARNEY!!!!

Bush may have been in the car but the Democrats were in charge of the gas pedal and steering wheel they were driving the economy into the ditch.
Budgets do not come from the White House.. They come from Congress and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democratic Party. Furthermore, the Democrats controlled the budget process for 2008 & 2009 as well as 2010 & 2011.

In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases.

For 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the 2009 budget.

And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete 2009. Let's remember what the deficits looked like during that period:

If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets.

If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself.

In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is "I inherited a deficit that I voted for, and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th."

There is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us sends it on!

OBAMA GIVING AWAY SUMMER YOUTH JOBS TO FOREIGN KIDS AT US TAXPAYER EXPENSE... Obama's at it again, this time giving away our kids jobs. He announced a Summer Jobs Plus Initiative, that will give internships to about 180K students, however, this can only partly offset the many job-destroying policies that he is pushing, say free market advocates. For example, his J-1 visa program imported 103,000 foreign youths in 2011 to work as camp counselors, au pairs, interns and summer employees, said Jerry Kammer, of the Center for Immigration Studies. Companies don’t have to pay these youth workers’ SS, Medicare or Unemployment insurance taxes, so the taxpayer is essentially subsidizing the hiring of more than 100,000 foreign replacements for Americans youths, WAY TO GO OBAMA!!! 100,000 less jobs for Americans, but at taxpayer expense.

Obama's polices are just DESTROYING America and that if he keeps going, and gets re-elected, he will break the taxpayer's back with all his giveaways and horrible policies.
