He was referring to roads and infrastructure. And of course its tax dollars that build those roads. That's what government is there for - to create an environment in which the business you DO build for yourself has a chance to succeed. That was exactly the President's point. The President hasn't lied about anything, while Romney seems to be developing a severe allergy to truth. The statement "you didn't build that" clearly applied to roads, bridges and infrastructure, not to the businesses that businessmen built. The Romney people know that, which is why they edited the statement down to make it seem like the President was saying something completely opposite what he actually said.
