    I can see this could easily be applied further and that does bother me a lot. But what was really being spoken of was a policy for what to do with these dangerous men in Gitmo. I totally agree the way Obama renamed this policy is a threat to all of us especially after the who Napalitano potential domestic terrorist thing.

    If you are talking about enemies of our country, definitely, if you are talking about citizens of this country, no. Those that are not citizens of this country, have no expectation of the privilege of our rights under our constitution and should not expect them. They do not have anything but contempt for this country, and if caught, should experience the worst that we can offer.

    Yes, I can believe this is happening. This is exactly the kind of stuff I expected Obama to do. It's amazing that Obama can be doing all these things in plain view of everyone. It's even being reported and discussed in the media every day! How can so many people not realize what's happening?

    Obama has no respect for the U.S. Constitution. He has made this abundantly clear. Most Democrats by nature don't have much respect for the Constitution, anyway. But this guy is totally off the deep end.

    Not sure what you are referring to about Bush. Bush is out. Obama is in. Whatever bad things Bush did, Obama is taking it to a new level, with these trillion dollar bail outs and taking over the private industries, and perpetuating the global warming hoax even further. Those are the things that upset me the most. Some legal questions are being raised that I had not thought about much in the past, such as the difference between enemy combatants and ordinary criminals. But I would assume that an enemy combatant who is not a U.S. citizen would not enjoy the same constitutional rights an American would have. Some think they should have the same rights. But why would some Americans be so eager to help and defend our enemies who are trying to kill us? Sounds a bit treasonous to me.

    He will become the dictator of the USA if the people don't wake up and stop him. Butter would melt in his mouth as he delivers his speeches with hidden claims/information of what he wants to do. This is not a President for the people-it is one for a very small group who have their own agenda. The rest of us had better watch what we say and do that goes against him and his beliefs. He wil start jailing the very citizens that are legal American citizens! He has NO! respect for the constitution and the law of the land. He is a very evil, conniving man.
