If all this is true , how can our Congress NOT move on him? I realize that his boy, Eric Holder is the top man at the DOJ, but that is not nearly high enough to be untouchable. Even Obama, himself is not untouchable if he is THIS embroiled in fraudulent activities.

I don't care about his transcripts, because we know he is smart enough to be elected president. Even if he is a dumb ass, that is not a bar from the presidency.

His Social Security Numbers is a major legal issue.
Also major legal issues:
1. Selective Service registration.
2. Passport used for his 1980s world tour. I don't care where he went, but if he traveled under a Indonesian passport, he is not Constitutionally qualified to be president.
3. College scholarship papers, did he have a scholarship reserved for foreign students.

While I do wish to see his birth certificate, I may be of no importance because if he had been born in HI as he stated, I believe he would have given up his US citizenship when he moved to Indonesia.
Besides, there is the fact that he had one parent who was not a US citizen and that precludes him from the presidency.

The Indonesian citizenship is a big issue. At the time he was there (1967-1971) and obtained citizenship, Indonesia did not permit dual citizenship. Thus, even on the laughable notion that Obama was ever a natural born US citizen (by his own admission, his father was a UK citizen, so Obama can't be a natural born US citizen if he is being honest about who his father is), his US citizenship had to be renounced in order to obtain the Indonesian citizenship.

And what about that 1981 trip to Pakistan? During 1981, Pakistan was on the US State Department's "no-fly" list. Americans couldn't get papers to travel to Pakistan in 1981. So, where exactly did he depart from? Was Obama a citizen of that country rather than the US? I guess we'll never know.

I came across this same information. If your father is an Indonesian Citizen you also are one automatically. I don't believe he's a citizen at all and never was.

It's really hard to tell, because we don't have a certified, archival long form BC from a US hospital. My guess at this point is that Obama Sr. is not really Obama's father. It's beginning to look possible that Frank Marshall Davis, a black socialist writer and poet, may be Obama's real father. Davis has ties to both Hawaii and Ann Dunham (Obama's assumed mother), and Davis' socialist bent may explain Obama's ideology. There are pictures still in existence of Dunham being in Marshall's home in sexually promiscuous attire. Perhaps they had a one night stand, Ann got pregnant by accident, and Davis "recruited" Obama Sr. to be a fake father.

Obama didn't ruin it himself, but he played a major part, as did the Federal Reserve, Congress, rogue banks, and irresponsible borrowers who overpaid and took out ARM's they could could never repay.

Obama's main fault is in not trying to get the Democrats in Congress to negotiate seriously with GOP's to get a real spending reduction plan implemented (major cuts to both federal operations and entitlements). Obama and Congress also share the blame for not fixing our outdated and overly confusing tax code. We could boost GNP, and hence the tax base, by scrapping the FIT and FICA, and going to a national sales tax or VAT of about 17.5%. This would boost federal income by $500 billion per year starting immediately, allowing us to pay off the official debt over 30 years, and the loss of the FIT drag on corporate earnings would spur domestic investment that creates jobs in the US. As real GNP grows due to job growth, the tax base grows with it, and the national sales tax or VAT could be slowly reduced and still deliver the same extra dollars to the federal treasury.

I would like to know, if all of this is true, then why aren't charges brought against him? It would be if he were just like one of us....if we used a social security number that did not belong to us and got caught, we would face charges...why isn't he???? Agreed! No one has the balls to even hold hearings on it. We have hearing on sports figures, what's good to eat and all soughts of crap. But Oh no no one in Congress is interested in if we have a POTUS that's not eligible or even an insurgent.
