Obama Attacks America’s Military

Southern Man 2013/02/01 21:06:13
“Freedom has a taste to those who fight and almost die, that the protected will never know.”

Inscription on the wall of a prison camp for POWs

Since Obama took his oath of office to protect and defend the
Constitution of the United States, he has not only battered the
Constitution, but assaulted America’s armed forces who love America and
her laws so much that they are willing to lay down their lives to defend
her freedoms.

The ghoul this man has and the way he stomps all over the Constitution

He and his bots should be in prison for life with out the chance of parole

What Right-wing fantasy land did you come from? HOW did Obama "attack the military?"

My, what an ACTIVE imagination! There is NO evidence that Obama has "assaulted America's armed forces." Such paranoid delusions may be common in Right-Wing Fantasyland.

Did you forget the rest of the quote from President Obama to the UN?

    Here, let me help you:

". . . The future must not belong to those who target Coptic Christians in Egypt -- it must be claimed by those in Tahrir Square who chanted, “Muslims, Christians, we are one.” The future must not belong to those who bully women -- it must be shaped by girls who go to school, and those who stand for a world where our daughters can live their dreams just like our sons.

The future must not belong to those corrupt few who steal a country’s resources -- it must be won by the students and entrepreneurs, the workers and business owners who seek a broader prosperity for all people. Those are the women and men that America stands with; theirs is the vision we will support.

The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam. But to be credible, those who condemn that slander must also condemn the hate we see in the images of Jesus Christ that are desecrated, or churches that are destroyed, or the Holocaust that is denied. . . "

I hate to tell you...but the writer is most definitely wrong when he says that Veterans Healthcare has suffered under Obama.

Google it for yourself..... He has actually requested increased funds for Veterans Healthcare and has done well for Veterans.... Here, I'll save you some trouble, just click the link:

Personally....I think the article is rife with inane hyperbole and nonsense...

How times have changed. When I was stationed at Homestead AFB in 1970, Nixon used to fly in there on Air Force 1, shake some hands and then board a helicopter that took him to his home on Key Biscayne. Whenever that happened my roommate and I would dress up as barefoot southern farmers with bib overalls with one strap unbuttoned, no shirt, and a straw hat. We were also sure to take along our hand buzzers just in case we had a chance to shake hands with Tricky Dicky. We also took along cameras with no film in them and went around taking pictures of all the nice men in 3 piece suits wearing sunglasses. They would ask to see some ID and we told them that we'd show them ours if they'd show us theirs. It was great fun but sometimes, on account of it, we had to spend a weekend cutting down the weeds in the drainage ditches. In those times we had the draft and a lot of people were against our involvement in Southeast Asia so naturally a lot of guys, especially the younger ones, leaned liberal. But that brand of liberalism had a lot more to do with not becoming a lifer in the service than anything else. And then of course there was sex, drugs and rock and roll. Later, most of us became adults but it was fun while it lasted.

Personally, from my point of view....it wasn't so much an issue of people being liberals back then...hell...most kids back then were clueless about politics...that was stuff old people talked about.... I saw it as a reflection of how spoiled our country's youth got even back then, and how they discovered that they could rename cowardice into "civil disobedience"...

I seriously doubt many of them had a clue about what the purpose of our involvement in SE Asia was for....and even fewer cared....it was the 60's....and everyone could act as stupid as they wanted...and rebellion became the norm...just like getting high...

And there was so much dishonest crap going on with draft boards..... there's a lot to it.

Me...I joined the Army in 67....went to Vietnam in 68, came out finally in at the end of 70... Found myself a bit of a stranger in my own land.....
