President Obama has granted an 11th-hour request by Eric Holder to exert executive privilege over Fast and Furious documents, a last-minute maneuver that appears unlikely to head off a contempt vote against the attorney general by Republicans in the House.

So Eric Holder LIED committed PERJURY when he testified that he DID NOT discuss this with Obama.... because Exec. privilege ONLY applied to the PERSON Obama.... SO... WHEN DID OBAMA approve Fast & Furious... was HE the author of this plan that ended in the DEATH of a border patrol agent?
