Am I reading this incorrectly? I thought the Taliban was an enemy. What the heck is going on that we allow them to do anything? http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/09/12/us-mum-over-report... Whose side is this administration on? He's providing resources for another Viet Nam! The Obama administration kept tight-lipped Monday following reports that the United States had endorsed a plan for the Taliban to open a political office in Qatar by the end of the year....

It is obvious that the Taliban have more power than what most people think.There will have been lots of threats and corruption going on in Qatar to let the Taliban get this far.

this proves Obama is a Muslim Qatar I believe is a needed port for the US. Navy to refuel in the middle east. Giving our enemy a advantage to destroy our Naval ships; is proof to whom side Obama's representing. the Taliban is a political /religious movement not a country who deserves to be represented.
