Under the ban movie theaters and restaurants would not be allowed to serve soft drinks over 16 ounces.

Yet somehow these carts stay in business. Tell me, where do they go to the bathroom and wash their hands? The gov't needs to keep their NOSE out of MY PRIVATE life.
If someone wants to drink soda, let them. It is there health and the gas bag should stay out of it. He makes me sick, sick, sick!! I think he is totally off his rocker.

He IS a big government guy.
Yup, he has indeed.
But he has used his money to run for office, and he got elected.
His record over the past ten years shows abundant evidence that he likes the government to have power over what people can and can not do, and that is Big Government. He will not be in power forever, but giving the government power over people's lives, that can last forever.
Clearly, Overlord Bloomberg's policies on guns to salt to soft drinks have little or nothing to do with money, and have everything to do with nanny state policies to keep people safe from themselves. That is totalitarian, and that is unAmerican.
Seriously?
LOL
I would have agreed with you.
