The pertinent passages clearly says that all people will receive a mark on either their hand or on their forehead. It contains absolutely nothing about microchips. Furthermore, it says nothing about objects being placed beneath the skin.
Also, it says that this mark will be upon all people. Not just the people in the United States of America. As a matter of fact, the United States of America is never mentioned in any of the books of the Bible.

I feel the same way about landmines. I consider it immoral to create a weapon that it is designed to maim and kill indiscriminately. But I digress.
Sweden and other nations employ healthcare models that are very similar to the one our nation has adopted. They have managed to do so without suffering a total loss of civil liberties.
