DNC Chair: Non-Compliance With Obamacare Will Not Be Tolerated
IRS “easiest enforcer” of health care law.

(Now you know why the "government" just bought 450 million rounds of 40 cal hollow point.)

Despite claiming Obamacare was “not a tax,” Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that the Internal Revenue Service would be the “easiest enforcer” of penalties against those who refuse to comply with the new health care law.

“The way we usually think of taxation, Wolf, is that taxation as the IRS administers is collected on broad swaths and large categories of individuals,” Wasserman Schultz said. “This is a penalty that will be assessed on the tax return if you choose to roll the dice and make us all pay for your being irresponsible and increase all of our health care costs.”

“We’re not going to tolerate that any more in America. You have to be responsible and you have to pay a penalty if you choose not to be,” she added.

Last week the Supreme Court upheld Obamacare on the basis that it falls under Congress’ taxation power. However, critics have argued that the health care law actually mandates Americans to buy a service under threat of government coercion, a violation of the commerce clause. The Supreme Court upheld this argument but still gave the green light anyway.

Under Obamacare, the IRS will be empowered to collect a whole raft of information about taxpayers and small business owners.

“The IRS now gets to know about a small business’s entire payroll, the level of their insurance coverage — and it gets to know the income of not just the primary breadwinner in your house, but your entire family’s income, in order to assess/collect the mandated tax,” reports Fox News.

Earlier this year, the IRS said it would need at least 4,000 new agents to enforce the Affordable Care Act along with $300 million dollars extra in funding to manage the infrastructure needed to compel Americans to comply with Obamacare.

However, that could only mark the beginning of a massive expansion of the IRS as a result of Obamacare. Back in 2010 it was reported that as many as 16,500 extra armed IRS agents were being hired to harass Americans into complying with the new mandates.

Congressman Ron Paul responded by asking why so many armed agents were required to enforce a law that the Obama administration has promoted as beneficial to the American people.

“16,500 armed bureaucrats coming to make this program work – if it was a good program and everybody liked it, you wouldn’t need 16,500 thugs coming with their guns and putting you in jail if you didn’t follow all the rules,” said Paul.

We're seeing the final stages of giving the government powers that they were never meant to have. It has become not just big brother but big momma and pappa because so many depend on them.
Civil disobedience is good but it had better include getting off the government teat it or it will only backfire.

What can one say? It saddens me terribly that democrats are that dumb not to realize just what this bill means. They say their for freedom? That's a laugh. I challenge any one of you to show me ANY FREEDOM at all in that bill. Good luck with that. If there are any intelligent people left in this country they need to drop their health care ins. We as a whole must send a message to the psychopaths, if not, pick out which you'd like best, wrist or ankle chains and start practicing these words, " Yes Massa"!

How much does Debbie Whass her name pay in health insurance? Her and nasty pp lousy don't pay a penny. They are the real free riders, on the backs of taxpayers, on the health care issue, not the 1% who try to stay healthy and can not afford health insurance. What bunch of hypocrites! It's the 48% who don't pay any taxes that you'll find in the emergency rooms at taxpayer's expense.

Can only speak for myself, but I don't plan on initiating any force against anyone / entity. Seems the word 'peaceful' need be reiterated. But Uncle Sam has a funny way of reaching into the lives of the innocent. Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Just saying... No One - NO ONE has the right to illegitimately initiate force against another human being. These politicians are people like you and I, not demigods. Same goes for them.

Of course, this type of system couldn't survive without willfully obedient slaves. I for one won't be subordinated to some three piece suit - but that's just me.

Nevertheless, I could live the rest of my life happily were the govt. to simply leave me alone. I don't want what they're offering.

Initiating violence gives them the moral high ground. Even if they intiate it they can spin it so that they propagandize the public into thinking we attacked first.
Violence must be saved as a last resort, or self defense only.

Questionable? You mean like suicide by 2 shot gun blasts to the back of the head?

Well, obviously resist if they come to kill you directly. You have the moral high ground and duty to yourself to defend yourself. And combat soft kills by not consuming them (buy all natural foods, or better yet, grow them).

They tried like hell, to no avail, to tear my family apart - to turn us against each other. Didn't happen, won't happen - couldn't happen. Your word is your bond in this life, is all we have... lose that, things get bad quick. Family is paramount. Uncle Sam already knows what they're getting with me, but they're free to try. And I'm free to resist... till my last breath.

I appreciate that, truly. I value your opinion. Means a lot ;)
