Take the example of the man who decided to open a small B & B in New England, but found himself so overwhelmed with the time and money it took to comply with local , state and federal regulations he closed up shop after two years. That man was George McGovern, former Democrat presidential candidate and former liberal. He was last seen in Washington DC congratulating Newt Gingrich after he led the Republican takeover of the House of Representatives in 1994.

I worked for my self from 1979 until I retired in 2002. No one helped me except the clients I developed over the years. My wife and I would sit on the floor of my office sorting post cards out for a mailing to potential clients, usually about 300. I eventually did business with about 100 TV stations, all three networks, New York Stock exchange, Johnson and Johnson, and many big businesses all over the country, South America, Central America, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

I never go rich, but made a decent living, saved as much as I could, and now am retired living comfortably.

That's correct Capt. When I was over in that region with the military they briefed us on that kind of thing and told us not to show the bottoms of our boots to them as like you just said it is an insult to them for that very reason.
