And still, there are people so ignorant that they think this is all OK.
The first premise is that your name is simular to or the same as a known person of interest to the HLS and TSA. The proof that you are NOT the person of interest to either of those agencies is for you to provide. They will then issue an ID card that shows you are a different person than the person of interest.
This happened to a friend of mine at SFO. He was going to Austraila on holiday, his name showed up on the DNF list. It was obvious to all that he was NOT the person on the list. Wrong race. chuckle.
