No-fly list: once you're on, there's no way off from Russia Today

So, if you irritate some dim wit pedophile that couldn't hold a job at McDonald's he can interfere with your Constitutional right to travel with no due process of law...and they don't even have to tell you about it.

And still, there are people so ignorant that they think this is all OK.

federal government pretends like it is 100% accurate until you go through tons of red tape to prove them wrong. The government HATES to be told they are wrong. it's a bunch of BS... It's a violation of our rights to be falsely accused with no proof from the government to show why those names are included.

TSA needs to go away along with all those agencies that go by a list of initials

Actually, there is a procedure for being removed from the "no fly" list, but it must be followed to the letter.

The first premise is that your name is simular to or the same as a known person of interest to the HLS and TSA. The proof that you are NOT the person of interest to either of those agencies is for you to provide. They will then issue an ID card that shows you are a different person than the person of interest.

This happened to a friend of mine at SFO. He was going to Austraila on holiday, his name showed up on the DNF list. It was obvious to all that he was NOT the person on the list. Wrong race. chuckle.
