Dingy Harry knows that a budget that reflects their goals would put Obama in a lose-lose dilemma. Better to not present one and blame it on the Republicans than to present one and remove all doubt as to who they are. Besides, what's a little budget when you can pass a 2700 page healthcare bill within hours of receiving it. Now that's effeciency!

The house has passed several budget bills, this is all on the Senate. Cut their pay retroactively for the 3 years they have failed to do their job.

Great answer! Obama says he will veto any budget they pass so his should be docked also. Make him pay it back plus pay for all those vacations and all those flights on AF1.

They're being paid to do a job, and if they are not doing their job....why should we pay them? The sad part is they'll take away pay for the military before they dip their hands into their own pockets for some spare change.

The first place they look to cut funding is the military. They never stop to consider that the men and the women of the armed forces are sacrificing their lives for us. They deserve the funds to protect them in the field.

It caused a lot of outrage and issues when Obama did it early last year. People we're worried how they we're going to pay the bills, feed the kids, etc. Life doesn't stop for the military. We're just like everyone else.

House has passed budgets, but the Senate, by way of Reid's control, just sits on them and won't even consider them in committee, to make any changes. They won't even propose their own budget. Withhold Harry's pay and benefits until he allows the committee to work! If they sit on their hands, then withhold their pay and benefits.

But while were at it lets hold back the pay on the Senate and Obama as it still takes 2 to tango. We need a Congress, a Senate and a president to work with each other, it's still a give and take world and it can't be all one way ! Given the opportunity, I would make Bammy give back his pay. He hasn't earned it and doesn't deserve it. I'd also go so far as to had him a bill for all those vacations and flights on AF1, he and the wookie have taken, plus all the other free-bees they've taken advantage of. And make him pay for all those Hollyweird parties.
