Authorities and some business owners along with the government are deciding for us what we can eat and not eat. Boston Market recently decided to take salt shakers off their tables.     You do not need to eat...and really should not eat over 20g of salt a day in fact it's hazardous to your health. Very hazardous.

    Why the f**k is the government telling me what I can and can't eat? I can understand a safety issue, like salmonella or something. But as long as people know the risks (in this case the risks of high salt intake) then why is the government there?
